I tried to return w/o receipt.manager was rude and told to try another family dollar as they have no gift to return cards.
A month later I tried a return bc I was overcharged the same rude manager (Stacey) loudly explained there is nothing she can do even though I have my receipt for items I bought 4 days earlier and cashiers were aware of the overcharged items bc I told them as it happened. But, I had to come back and get yelled at by the manager bc of her incompetent mind.

It's a great place to go and get a few things you need really quick and be out. The store is clean and well stocked with all kinds of supplies you need and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about where things are, to help you with your shopping. I do come here often to pick up miscellaneous stuff because it's close to home and I can easily be in and out quickly. There's usually no big line to be checked out like some other places I visit.
I appreciate the system they have in place.

Now I been coming to this Family dollar for about 3 years now so I'm well aware of the manager that works here. She is very unprofessional, it's actually really ghetto and loud, always on her phone, being disrespectful towards us customers. She also dislikes my mother an now she's gone far enough to disrespecting my 5 year old daughter !! She needs to be fired ASAP!!! great employees but horrible management.

Tasha the store manager can be real nice. Or she can have her friend outside harass you if she happens to be in a mood that day. Its a real gamble.

I walked into the store this morning to get a gift bag and some tissue paper heard the store manager swearing cussing like a truck driver called it to her attention then her associate called me ignorant and told me I shouldn't roll my eyes at her because I called the girl out on her foul mouth.
