You couldn’t ask for better staff they even call you by name. Store is clean and parking lot is clean. I love my East Wood Party Store!!!!! Thank for being there for us friends.

Terrible customer service every time. Unable to provide any suggestions due to inability to speak English. Very frustrating for a service related job.

Really convenient location, however, the actual shopping experience isn't up to par. The employees never speak English well enough to assist with purchases/recommendations. We went in to buy a couple of items that are common at liquor stores. We asked the employee if he could assist us and he could not understand our question nor could he verbalize why he was unable to understand us. It was very frustrating as we were sure the items we sought were somewhere in the store. Overall, the store is rough in appearance and isn't very welcoming. We gave this store two chances and were disappointed both times. Will not be back.

If you like sour stuff, they got WarHead sodas (multiple flavors) that I have never seen anywhere else. Nice liquor selection.
