I have been coming to Dennys for over 20 yrs, & I'm extremely happy with the service & cost. All the guys are pretty awesome along with the lady that answers the phone. They have always repaired my vehicle in a timely manner & are very efficient at it. I highly recommend this place. DENNYS IS THE BEST AUTO MECHANICS IN LANSING!!

Called the shop after a recommendation and was referred to a dealership for my car issues without a diagnosis. I mean, waste my time but isn't this the business that the company is involved in?
1 star for unsolicited advice in the situation and no service.

These people were VERY helpful. My usual shop was booked out and I needed to make an emergency alternator replacement. I’m always nervous about auto shops I haven’t been to, but this was recommended to me. The staff were polite and courteous, and they were able to get me in and out on the same day! It was initially said they would need at least a day, but they ended up getting the part early, and for a very reasonable total price! Will be keeping them in mind for the future. Thank you!

I had been to the dealership who diagnosed my check engine light and they were saying that they could change the sensor and if that was not the issue, then they would change the mother board. This would have potentially cost me in the region of $2K. I took my car to Denny's as I was not comfortable with the Dealerships diagnosis. Tim at Denny's did a proper diagnosis where there was intermittent signal which caused the engine light to come on and the price to fix this was approx. $250 - $300. If you have an issue which needs to be diagnosed, Denny's is the place to go. Everyone at Denny's were great.

The main problem was my transmission. They gave me a tune up. Not fixing what needed to be fixed.

Always good experience. They are honest and upfront. You don't feel pressured to have any repairs done and they are responsible priced. I recommend to everyone that is looking for a shop.

Very friendly staff and good at what they do. Prices are fair and they do a great job explaining their work and why they may recommend service that may be needed soon. Jeremy is a great mechanic.

Very helpful team here. I took in my car and they quickly found the problem, let me know what it would cost, and earned a customer for life. Great place!
