It took 2 months for me to get a egr cooler. Not there fault likely but at least they did call me when it came in. Took my truck here for service they fixed nothing and charged me 300 dollars, just for my truck being there. Gotta be careful when getting your semi fixed that can happen.

I have an older truck and I called D & K for some brake parts. The woman answered and said all of the parts people where busy and would I mind if the next available person could call back.Lucky for me Tony Anderson called me back!!!He was absolutely outstanding!!! Very professional and accurate with all of the parts needed.Thankful Tony is my new parts guy!!!Heck yea Tony...you rock!!!

Work was good but they limited my tractor. After replacing the cpc set at old company truck with engine shut off and limited speed. Also a password on now when there shouldnt be. So was charged by another shop trying to figure out password.
