Standing in line 23 minutes after they "opened." There are two lines of people down the aisles waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. Yesterday, I called 10 minutes before they closed, and they wouldn't answer. Normally, these people who work here are angry, disorganized, and rude, so this is VERY EXPECTED of them. CVS needs to do something with these employees. Replace them with actual decent humans or fire them. EDIT: Fiance is trying to call them right now @300 pm on a Jan 2nd and they won't answer. Found out the day I took the picture, the pharmacist was partying too much and was SUPER late to work. Per his pharm tech that was on time but couldn't get in the locked pharmacy.

Probably the worst pharmacy ever. I was there and waited in line for a full half hour for a prescription and the only answer was "two days". Two days for what? Never got an answer. CVS is done in my life.

Tried calling all weekend for an emergency supply of medication that pharmacies, by federal law, are supposed to provide. Can't drive in. They stopped answering their phone. Called corporate spent another hour talking to them and was informed by corporate that they were hung up on by staff at this store. I'm assuming this is some sort of protest by their employees. I've had minor issues in the past with snobby attitudes from a younger female with tattoos who works there but nothing major...just didn't care for her seeming abrasive attitude, as if I was wasting her time. I don't want anyone to kiss my butt, just treat me with respect. I had issues multiple times with them loudly saying medications within earshot of entire lines of waiting people behind me which is not only humiliating insensitive and unnecessary, but in my opinion a HIPPA violation. But this is over the line: a patient should be able to communicate with their pharmacist and they have a medical responsibility as dispensers of medications to do so. If this is their protest against their short staff issues they should really consider that they are not working for Target, nor are they working for a Chipotle. Not answering the phone and hanging up on people in the business of medication management and dispensing and advising is not the same as not answering the phone at a Kohl's. Consider elderly or disabled (blind) patients who need to speak to their pharmacist for one reason or another and being unable to drive in. The app is worthless. I understand poor working conditions and being short staffed but guess what? Millions of us deal with that and they do it for a hell of a lot less than what pharmacists and pharmacist techs earn, with much worse hours, and much more stress. This isn't a problem that only the staff at CVS on West Saginaw hwy in Lansing Michigan face. Millions do, working terrible hours and for terrible pay, much much worse than anyone who works for this CVS can possibly complain about. So, well done guys. After this episodes I am absolutely done with this CVS location. I have never had any issues with most of the staff - the actual pharmacist herself was great and once informed me of a potential interaction my doctors never even told me about. The younger woman with black hair and another her age were great. There were two very helpful young men there who actually cared about how they treated people...but the one or two staff I have had issues with combined with this weekend of desperately needing to communicate with my pharmacy but then not answering their phone (and hanging up on corporate rep when they called) is enough to anger me to the point of being done with them. I really wish the one who hung up on the customer service rep trying to help me realizes that he or she could be much worse off and that they have a responsibility to patients they are failing to uphold. I think they are likely in the wrong line of work.

Fix the issue, I had between doctor and pharmacist to take turns, and they did not have to do anything else. Kudos to the pharmacist.

They do not accept CVS cards for pharmacy items that are in their area. All shelf items belong to Target

Recently moved from out of state. Pharmacist was very helpful in filling a 3 month supply of a medication I was out of. This gave me ample time to get set up at new docs office and get prescriptions set up. Been as helpful as possible since then.

Couldnt understand what the person said. Asked to speak to someone else and he asked if I had a problem and if I was not listening. Have a prescription electronically turned in by my Doctor and my Dr has the electronic receipt that they received on December 6th at 8:18pm. Yet they still don't have what I need... Changing pharmacies after this experience. Worked great for me for years but I will not tolerate disrespect.

I was very happy with the pharmacy. I haven't used this pharmacy before so, I was pleasantly surprised. The associate that helped me was amazing, I believe she was the pharmacist. I had to switch Pharmacys due to insurance and CVS has been more then helpful. Thank you

This is the most disorganized location with the rudest staff I have ever been to. I have never had a problem with any cvs pharmacy, until I came to this one. Nothing is ever ready or billed right and nobody cares. Lilla L today was extremely off-putting and was not only rude to me, but I observed her treating others that way. A little bit of empathy and understanding that people picking up prescriptions are probably not feeling well and if enough if they arent, you should be professional and kind to customers

They say they deliver prescriptions. Went in to pick up a prescription and their systems were down so they couldn't give it to me. Called twice for delivery, due to covid and they can't/won't deliver it. Taking all my medications elsewhere. They DO NOT put customers first.

Extremely poor service, always a wait even for things you've been alerted to being ready to pickup. Only go if you have 15-20 minutes to stand around as in addition to the guranteed wait they don't even have chairs to sit in for however long it takes them to complete.

We were traveling and I was close to running out of my Rx. I called ahead to this CVS to see if they could help me. The Pharmacist answered the phone, got all the info he needed and said to give him an hour or more and he'd have it ready. We arrived several hours later. There were only two people working, the Pharmacist and a tech. The two of them handled the customers, insurance problems, the phone and got Rx's ready. When things got backed up, the Pharmacist stopped and waited on customers. They were both professional, efficient and gave excellent customer service. Very Impressed.
