I work at a dental office and have a patient w severe pain and we want to give her regular prescription Tylenol. (Not even any opioid/controlled substance) when the receptionist at our office here called in a prescription the lady said the doctor has to call it in. Then when the doctor calls it in she hangs up on him after he tries calling three different times saying “you’re not a doctor” unprofessional and rude and clearly VERY DENSE. Asked for info that a dentist wouldn’t even know just so she doesn’t have to do her job. Do better ?

Beware!! They will not carefully make sure to give you accurate prices. They take advantage of anyone they can. Today as on several other occasions they charged my mentally disabled son for prescriptions he has coverage through his Medicaid. Absolutely the lowest of the low to take advantage of the mentally impaired to line their wallets by getting paid from both sides. SHAME ON YOU!!

They will not answer the phone. A robot picks up & keeps making stupid suggestions. Then it hung up on me. I just wanted to talk to a human being. A darned simple request. You won't have to worry about future interaction with me.

Great service, the pharmacy will call me to remind me of my refills. Never have had a problem, I will not go to any other pharmacy

Very disappointed in my service here lately. Ever sincethe previous staff left, I have had nothing but bad luck and neglectful service. One lady was extremely rude to me about a mix up on her end and then blamed a former employee for it even though he was always more than helpful and today, I went to pick up a prescription and they told me it wasn’t filled yet. After waiting 15 minutes, she had filled the wrong prescription and it was a MAJOR mistake. The one she filled was a very basic pain reliever you can buy OTC and the one I was there for was not even for pain. She then got confused and thought that ibuprofen was the generic name for an ADD medication. After years of wonderful, helpful staff it is extremely disappointing in the incompetent, mediocre staff they have now.

I was conveniently ignored until after closed in the drive thru. It would have taken less than a minute to give me my prescription because it has no charge. Thanks for the wonderful service /s

Due to an insurance change, I had to transfer prescriptions from my local pharmacy to this CVS just as the Covid-19 pandemic was starting. The staff did everything possible to get all our meds transferred as quickly as possible and even called me every step of the process! When I picked up, the pharmacist made sure I know about all the meds. Everyone was smiling and friendly despite the chaos going on in the world.

Excellent customer service, the staff is always friendly and helpful, I get my prescriptions filled there and the pharmacist always explains the instructions for your meds.
