Wonderful staff and the men bring the salt in and dump it the unit for me. I’m petite and could NOT do that myself, the staff is kind and caring to do it for me. I’ve worked with them once before so that’s why when I moved back to Lansing, I called them yet again. Great people! Whether calling in to the office or working with their install and removal technicians, they are always super friendly and helpful. Their filter systems have been just right no matter where we have lived - great water every time!

Had a service call because of yellow stains in the shower and toilet. They came out and said everything was working properly. So why the stains? Then I has septic tank serviced and they discover that the over flow from the softener was being drained into the septic through the washer drain pipe. Not supposed to be that way. I'm a little disappointed. They did offer to send another service tech to check the system.

Terrible people to work with from the beginning. Salesmen were extremely pushy and trying to oversell. Thier pricing was astronomical, expect to pay double or triple with Culligan. I had similar products quoted afterwards and I could have payed less than half of what I did with Culligan. Had some issues arrise and the lady that I spoke with multiple times on the phone was extremely rude and trying to get me to pay again for something. They still call and bother me from time to time. Literally the only polite person I've dealt with at Lansing Culligan was the guy that came out and installed the products.

Your softeners work well and are easy to maintain/use. Craig was friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the right system that was fit for our needs. Jeremy and Jeff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were fast and efficient on the installation.

Switched a few months ago because the other company wasn't reliable. We couldn't be more happy with Culligan. Never once have they been a no show. They leave what they pick up too! I'm definitely a happy customer.

The product is outstanding. The service is very personal, with a reminder call that a delivery will be made. Access to the property is provided with a sense of security... no worry.
