EDIT: Whats the point of asking for me to email if you never respond? Place is a joke.
Bare minimum upkeep here. Units looks like they haven't been touched in 20 years. What was the price increase for? Greed? That sounds about right.
I've only been there 5 months and they have already raised their rates by $16 per month. From $79 to $95 These people should be ashamed of themselves. They lure you into renting from them, knowing the process it takes to move. Then they raise the rates.
Looks like I will be moving out from here. You all have been made aware of their tactics.

My experience with a Smart Sense wasn't bad. I wasn't expecting to be charged $35 not even two weeks after being in the unit when I should have only been charged $20 for my second month with having a special there.

For customer service, I would give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jerry is fantastic at the Creyts Road, Dimondale/Lansing location. His excellent communication, customer forward attitude, and genuine pleasantness kept me at this facility for years.

Had a unit for half a year, switched to a bigger unit for the rest of the year and had to throw out so much stuff due to mold/mildew. Just very disappointing.

The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. I did not know about the 15$ a month insurance. But still not a bad deal
