Just don’t. Go somewhere else for everything. Trust me. You will find somewhere better than the rude customer service they offer, the lack of integrity, and ethical standards. Do whatever you can, to find somewhere else to do business. Never, and I say never, secure a car loan through Consumers Credit Union. It will end up being one of the worst decisions you will make in your lifetime. You’ll make many, but this will be in some of the top worst. -5/5

Consumers Representatives are amazing. Sarah and Keith are always willing to assist me with many of my financial needs ??. They care about me as member but more importantly they care about my financial stability and future goals. Sarah keeps me accountable regarding my financial situation and Keith tells me the truth about my finances even when I don’t want to hear it. He speaks facts and that is why I trust Keith. And the team as a whole treats me like family, they are my tribe ?.

They have a $5,000 per month ACH transfer between Banks limit so if you make a new account and you want to transfer more than $5,000 from your old Bank you have to go through a whole bunch of song and dance with cashier checks or wire transfers or whatever and you can't do it through online banking. I wish it was something they would have told us up front or we never would have signed up.

My first visit was excellent. I was greated immediately and taken to a private room. Kersey was friendly and fast on the keyboard. So far, they are doing an excellent job with customer service.
