Great facility but PLEASE fix the plumbing for the men’s showers. It is starting to become unbearable how often the showers don’t output ANY water and/or only output freezing cold water. I get there may be more behind the scenes, but after a year and a half these issues should not be happening anymore.

Great facility and all the equipment you need to get an excellent workout. I would recommend more lighting as it gets dark at night especially during the winter. They could also use more benches in the freeweight area as it gets very busy.

There isn’t a better gym in the Greater Lansing area..

My new home gym. Has a great vibe and the staff is very friendly. This place does get pretty busy near 4-7 PM and they need more adjustable benches. They have a great smoothie and snack bar and that’s awesome. I find myself on the regular having a fantastic workout and then diving into a smoothie. That’s a new tradition in my life and one that I’ve been happy to adopt. 5/5.

It is very clean - nice layout. I was excited. I paid my money, did not get a tour, and was not shown the machines or the rooms and services.Over the next few workout days, I discovered two of the treadmill's touchscreens were pretty floppy (1st, last) in the row. I mentioned it to the older woman behind the counter and her response was, "no one else is complaining about it". Interesting right. I was happy to see a week later, there was an Out of Order sign on the first one. Someone else DID complain (lol),Then I went to the stationary bike (1st one) and there was friction noise with every cycle pedaled and the seat was pretty loose. I dare not say anything. On a different day, I walked in with the goal of focusing on muscle work and asked staff member ‘K' to recommend a couple of machines (there are many). He deflected my question. Abrupt, rude. I asked well what about the this other machine; if he could show me how to adjust it - bc it's been a few years. He said, 'there a no adjustments". I was thinking - this guy really loves his job. He stayed behind the counter. Also his selection of music for 60-80-year-olds - (men & women) working out was cussing heavy metal music (I kid you not) or you could watch men's sports on their three TVs.At the time I visited this place - you had to give a 30 day notice if you were anticipating on leaving. There is nothing on the contract about this. I had to argue this point and later emailed the owner who was then agreeable to let me leave without paying an extra month. Please, just be friendly and accommodating. Act as if you care about the equipment and the people. It did not take long to find a new place with great people.

I spent so much time at this gym when I was in law school, it was like a second home to me. Thank God no one ever asked me to contribute to the bills, because the monthly fee was so low. When, I switched to the MAC (because my kids were attending school remotely as a result of the Pandemic), I paid about $135 a month. In any event, this gym is without a doubt one of the best gyms I have ever been to. First, it's unbelievably clean. Second, the staff is well trained and pleasant. Next, they have equipment that other gyms typically don't have. And last, the building has windows! I know that sounds bizarre, but, for whatever reason, gyms with windows are rare. Most facilities are like little cells. At any rate, I definitely recommend this gym.

We went to consider a membership, we were given a nice tour. The different businesses are confusing, I still don't fully get it. My girlfriend wanted a trainer, she emailed one, a day later she got a response. She asked a couple other questions, no response. I'm totally not impressed!

Traveling and working out is difficult. Finding a good gym is even more discouraging. THANK GOD Conquest Fitness answered the phone and made it easy to get a day pass. The gym is big and has an array of equipment. Some of it is a bit old (if you care about that sort of thing) but it gets the job done. They provide spray bottles and towels at the door for you to wipe stations down. The women's locker room has clean stalls and showers and it's spacious. All around great and reliable gym.

Conquest is definitely the best gym in town. The gym is clean and organized. It has plenty of equipment and is very well maintained. Great staff and friendly members.
