Have a 5 star review last time because I brought two vehicles and they finished one pretty good. But I don’t know if they under quote me on my other car or something, keep telling me parts are back ordered for four month. Finally just called the dealership they said they ordered the parts from, never was any back order. Didn’t see order from this shop. Three days the parts are at dealership now and service is scheduled. Very disappointed.

The collision guys were awesome from the get-go from the start. They picked up my car, gave me the rental I needed. and helped me complete claim forms, and my car was fixed right on time actually earlier than I thought ! THANK YOU to THE COLLISION GUYS, I will, and have already recommended your company !

These guys are a scam. Had my truck in there for a transmission oil pan repair. They said they would cover a car rental and my deductible. They Charged my insurance $1600 for the tow and $5000 for lot fees. I asked about the rental car and was told I could have one after the repairs were paid for, Really?! People need a rental car the entire time their vehicle is not drivable! They Told my insurance company I needed a new transmission. They Would not work on it till all their fees were paid. My insurance company adjuster told me to have the vehicle towed somewhere else because they had the Collision guys on their black list of companies not to do business with.I tried having it moved to a REAL repair shop. They again would not allow it to be moved till all the fees were paid. Finally got it moved to a reputable repair facility. At the new facility the repair was made in one day and cost $450 for a new oil pan, transmission fluid and labor. Want your insurance rates to increase? Like getting scammed? take your vehicle to the Collision guys.

Would not recommend this company at all! Went to pick up my car after 3 months for a collision and my replaced fender was not aligned with the rest of the vehicle and the color was off. They attempted to pop it back in place then proceeded to tell me the insurance company only covers after market parts and that is why my car looked different. THEN told me they could fix it in one day and asked if i wanted them to order the correct part. An empty drink cup and smoke eliminator air freshener was left in my car and on top of that they misplaced one of the checks the insurance company sent and held my car an extra day until the insurance company confirmed that they reissued the check. I contacted the number on the website and was told i would be sent a $250 check for compensation and never received it. All but a few of the staff were very unprofessional and organized!! ALSO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! NO LOANER CAR OFFERED AND MY $500 DEDUCTIBLE WAS NOT WAIVED!

Daughter took her car here to get repaired after hitting a tree limb in the road. Vehicle was there over 7 weeks, when she picked it up drove down the road the transmission was still not able to drive over 35 mph. They told her everything was repaired when she picked it up. Yet here she is now without a car. What kind of business are you running? Are you that incompetent, did you not get in the vehicle and test drive it. Can I give you a negative star rating, that is what you deserve…..

Collision Guys was there for us at our hardest times. Getting into an accident turned our life around. However, The process for getting our car fixed was very smooth. They made sure to keep us updated every step of the way. A couple parts were delayed from the manufacturer’s end, but that was beyond their control. Highly Recommend them!

First time having to get a car repaired because of an accident and so happy I picked here. It was a fully transparent and easy process from start to finish. Plus, they worked quickly w/ car insurance and a rental car picked me up. I had an issue with an OEM part that was replaced with zero hassle and fast. The friendly and fun staff made a first-time accident experience a lot less upsetting.. thank you Steve and abe you went above what was expected of you. I really appreciate all your help.

Alert ⚠️On November 17th, 2022 a colleague of mine was referred to the Collision Guys by State Farm Insurance to repair his vehicle that was in accident.The repair estimate included the replacement of the quarter panel and paint.The Collision Guys said they completed the repairs and paint on January 31st, 2023.The vehicles owner addressed, and photographed the following defects upon inspection of the vehicle with the Collision Guys.1. The quarter panel had not been replaced, they filled it with bondo.2. The exterior of vehicle had overspray on the glass, moldings, rims, tires, and paint.3. Paint on the moldings,4. Scratches in the new paint.5. Rubbing compound on plastic moldings, rims, and tires.6. Bondo on the rim.7. Runs in the paint.8. The vehicles interior was covered in a thick layer of bondo, primer and paint dust.The Collision Guys said they completed the list off defects on February 28th, 2023.The vehicles owner inspected the vehicle to find that the quarter panel was replaced, and that items 2 - 8 had not been corrected from the defect list dated January 31st, 2023.The vehicles owner will provide a review with photographs once the vehicle is returned to him in pre- loss condition??

2014 equinox got hit by a deer in Oct. ‘22. Collision guys called said they would get it done in 2-3 weeks and waive deductible. Got the car back after 3 months and the quality of work was very poor. They replaced the tinted window with a stock one, pieces are falling off and rubbing against tires, inside door came back worse than what it went in with. Hack paint job. Insurance adjuster said we would have to go back and have them fix it. No way. Writing this review so people don’t make the same nightmare of mistake we did.Simply put, I still won’t put my kids in the car because it doesn’t seem safe.
