I rented an accessible van from Clock Mobility. It was very nice to drive and easy to use. They asked if we wanted the passenger seat in or out, which was a nice option to have. They were great to work with. The only thing I would change is it would have been nice for them to emphasize about bringing your own handicap placard. They did verbally tell me when I first called about the reservation. Thankfully I remembered to pack it last minute, but a reminder or seeing it on the reservation forms or in an email would have been ideal. I would definitely use them again!

Violet is in the showroom answering guests questions and phone. Adam is also available for questions or to help in any way. There are others who work in different departments of the company and there are a couple different offices in surrounding area. I have spoken to and gone into Lansing office on Waverly Rd. One thing I can assure is that everyone I have dealt with is very professional, personable, kind and caring. You can rent several different size handicap accessible vehicles or purchase a vehicle. Hope this information will be helpful to someone. They have been very helpful to our family.

I was blown away with the customer service I received from the staff at clock mobility. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was appreciated and listened to. Thank you! Good service is hard to come by these days and the staff there go out of their way to help.

I rented a van with a wheelchair lift to take my mother to a wedding. Working with Clock Mobility was a wonderful experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again.

I was impressed with our van rental through Clock Mobility in Lansing! Friendly staff, beautiful van, and timely service. Violet was helpful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She answered any questions we had and then some. There is a cap of 100 miles per day but you are made aware of that prior to renting. If you go over mileage, there is a fee (which is my only criticism) but even then, it was manageable. Thanks again and we will be using you in the future!

We have rented from Clock mobility for over 10 years - always a wonderful experience!! The staff is very helpful from the time reservations are made, to when I pick up the van - and the vans are always newer & in great repair, complete w tie downs. The reason why I can’t give 5 stars is that you’re not open on the weekends, when I usually need to pick up. Im not excited about paying for extra van rental days that we don’t need. I would be 5 star happy if that would be offered in the future. Thanks so much!

Clock did an excellent job. My dad went into hospice and his last week was full of adventures. Watching sunsets at the beach. Surprising friends with visits. Going out to dinner at his favorite haunts. Being able to rent a mobility van was huge. Made my dads last weeks a joy.

The vehicle provided was excellent. We did not appreciate the $75.00 added as an additional fee supposedly for excessive mileage. You advertise vacation use. Nothing was said about mileage unless it's hidden in the fine print of the contract signed.

Rental process for getting a handicapped vehicle while our SUV was in for service for a few days was smooth and easy. Staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Will do this again.

I rented a van this past weekend to celebrate my 4 year anniversary with my partner. Originally spoke with Katie who I communicated needing the front seat removed because I had a wheelchair and a hoyer lift. Got there and there and was told I didn't request one. Then, when I was in the van the seat belt was not long enough to go over me. That was embarrassing enough to have to go into the office and tell them the seat belt won't go on. Violet tried to help but was trying to send me away without a seatbelt at all, completely unsafe. I asked them to give me the same seat belt bottom they use for the wheelchairs. Katie got very frustrated with me and stormed off saying "we need to know these things beforehand" as if I would know that a seat belt wouldn't fit me. When I asked her how she expected me to know that would happen all she could do was not look at me and give half hearted apologies. Professionalism, problem solving skills and over all kindness are missing in that women. She needs a lot more training. If there was a rental van company around that had lemons I'd go to them over this place. They are lucky they're the only one around and I have no choice but to go to them. Giving 2 stars because the vehicle was atleast in good shape.
