My experience with Ben and his team was excellent. This was so different from my experience at another local garage. The engine was making a concerning sound and I was worried that it might break down. Chuck’s Garage got me an appointment immediately, and when I dropped off my vehicle, Ben walked out with me to get a clear understanding of the problem. I knew the price for the diagnostic before I left it there. I received a call within a couple of hours, a complete and thorough diagnostic report with over 30 photos of my vehicle, and a full understanding of the problem and a sense of relief that it wasn’t a safety issue. When I went to pick it up, they had discounted the rate I was quoted. The service, kindness, respect (for a female with car concerns), and quality service will have me returning to Chuck’s Garage from this point forward.

Gabe Sturley and his professional mechanics took care of replacing my dead battery within an hour of my arriving as a “walk-in,” no appointment. They’re knowledgeable and thorough.

Rose and the team at Chuck's has taken excellent care of our vehicles over the last many years. In addition to making sure work done our vehicles is quality and done in a reasonable timeframe, they provide personal service that shows how much they care about helping people.

Long story but here we go. It all started with just wanted to get my battery changed. Walmart gave me a messed up battery and I went there to get a new one cause we usually use them for car repairs and never had any problems until now. So battery replaced and a few days later it dies. This goes on and they say it was my alternate and this tike when I get my car back it has a misfire. None of the problems I had when I took the car there for a battery. Also now when I cut the car off my alarm horn goes off once and they had the nerve to tell me it was going to cost more to see what the problem was. So I took my cer to another place and they found that I had oil all over my spark plugs which cause the misfire plus The battery size was wrong for my car and that is was it kept draining. After all that I hate to say I will never bring another car to them especially after all that mess just to get a battery replacement and ended up paying 500 for a part I probably didn't need and almost got me for 500 more and nine times out of ten I would still had the battery issue cause it wasn't the correct size for my car. What makes it more sad AAA was the ones that fixed the battery issue and had my correct battery size. Wish they did car repairs.

Chuck's garage does a thorough job with pre-repair and post-repair test drives. Their inspection report is also very detailed and comprehensive and the repairs or service done with excellence, too. I trust them with my future vehicle repair and service needs.

Highly recommend this place! They allowed me to drop off my car the same day I called them and diagnosed the problem. Next day the work was done & my car was ready. The lady at the front desk is super nice as well! They are friendly, reliable, and transparent.

Love this mechanic! They’re helpful, explained everything to me clearly, and checked out my whole car, not just what i brought it in for. They communicate well and work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

I brought my truck into chucks, and they did an excellent job repairing my truck. Also, they found other issues with my truck and gave me a heads up in order to keep me rolling down the road. Quality work hands down.

Had inspection here, they said that I needed to replace the brakes so I had them do the fronts. Since then one stop required much more pushing, but the others have been fine. Also the mechanic left his gloves in the vehicle. I'm going to look elsewhere.
