Chase Bank is a mess, not only the in person services are bad, staff lack of professional knowledge, their call center and back end services are the worst, everyone say different thing, very slow and dumb! they made mistakes on my account info. then took months circulating around, end up I just closed my account, tired talk to those slow guys.
Chase is a slow, dumb and money-driving bad BANK! the WORST!
Stay away from Chase Bank, it only spy your personal information.

I would not recommend! The customer service at this branch is horrible. The bank as a brand is the worst I’ve ever used. When trying to cash a payroll check they hold the check for 10 days until the money clears. I’ve submitted to checks from 2 jobs and neither of the checks could the bank just cash and give me cash they have to deposit the check and wait anywhere from 3-10 days. NEVER AGAIN

I walked in and they all was so nice. I was amazed how nice they was. And the bank manager was truly wonderful. She helped me fix my Account and I'm truly thankful. I love this bank.

Let me tell you! when I say Liz at this branch rocks, I mean it. We were in a situation where a check was being held & led to other complications with my account. After banking there for over a yr, with no issues we were very stressed & concerned. The person that i called at the fraud department was rude, vague and gave us the run around & was absolutely no help. But I called my favorite branch to see what I needed to do. And when I say the manager Elizabeth answered the phone & went above & beyond, that is an understatement. She is amazing & handled our situation with empathy & professionalism. She was able to fit me into her busy schedule & help me, literally on my lunchbreak. And whomever she spoke to in the fraud department was equally amazing. Between the 2 of them, they got everything straightened out within 30 minutes & we were able to get back to our lives both peacefully & stress-free. We are truly thankful for these 2 employees that went above and beyond, just because they cared enough about doing the right thing while still following the rules. It pays to have empathy & compassion these days. Thank you Elizabeth from the bottom of my heart. I highly recommend this branch for any banking needs. And if you see Elizabeth while visiting, tell her Ashley sent you!!

This bank is neither the worst or best bank I've had. I gave them 4 stars because my interactions with them have mostly been positive. People giving 1 star seem to be doing so based on one bad experience. The bankers have always taken the time to answer my questions regarding my accounts. The tellers are friendly and provide excellent customer service. I would recommend this bank to anyone dissatisfied with their current institution.
