While this is not specific to any branch, this is the worst bank on the planet. A truly evil corporation that outsources it's employees and makes it as difficult as possible in order to make money via late fees and charges. I recently experienced fraud, and had my bank account drained. when I called to get the issue resolved they told my that they would not refund my money because the money had been withdrawn via a digital wallet, which updates automatically if they send you a new card btw. fast forward to present day. After battling with chase and threating legal action we finally got our money back. we were able to borrow money from a family member, but if we had not been able to do that all of our bills would have been late. not that chase cares about the basic need of having a roof over your head. Needless to say we closed our account. But I still have a credit card and have been using it because it's my highest line of credit and credit cards are harder to comit fraud with. Turns out Chase froze my new bank account so that I can't make payments unless I physically go into a bank to make a payment. so now I've been using this credit card the whole time to try and be careful, the payments I have been trying to make haven't been going through. Yet another way for chase to make money and screw over their customers. Don't waste your time on this bank. They don't care about you, and they are so big that they are able to create policies that keep you running in circles in the hopes that you will give up and they will profit from your defeat. They don't deserve even one star. If I woke up tomorrow and heard that chase closed down it would make me happier than you can imagine. This bank is part of whats wrong with this country right now. screw hard workers who try to get there bills paid on time. keep em in debt so we can prop up our fake fiat ponsey scheme, so some ceo can buy more power. I'm sure they will be crying to congress for a bail out soon. Disgusting.

Horrible branch! Went in at 4 to open another business account and was told there wouldn’t be enough time. Never had this type of issue before even with 20 minutes left before they closed in frandor. Go to frandor, this branch is definitely not where you want to go if someone is handling your financials.

Walked in with $1500 in my pocket to open an account. Was told there was no one on staff that could assist me and to just use the website. Wasnt even able to ask about opening an account before being bothered about a mask. Wasted a trip downtown on lunch.

You would think being in the business of taking people hard earned money that they would support a local business. To provide change. Yes to make change. What a horrid experience chase. I'd rather pay double interest then bank with you ever again. Horrid service.
