I have been coming here for well over a year. Hadn't had any problems. Today they were very unprofessional and rude. Left meds out of the fridge that are supposed to be in the fridge. Then get an attitude when I asked how long they had been out of the fridge. So they don't say nothing having me stand there for 10 min. To bring me new meds that had been in the fridge. The man then gets to closing the window with all my stuff still there. I normally have to pay, so I was expecting to pay my balance. Very rude and unprofessional lately. Maybe they should hire more help or respectful help... I will be switching...

Ralph and the other staff at Central Pharmacy during the past few weeks have diligently worked to locate and order a medication for me that is on back order across the country. More than 25 other local pharmacies as well as my mail order pharmacy could not deliver. I admire them for their work and friendliness as they searched and kept me informed on progress. Thank you! Larry

I started using Central Pharmacy after one of my doctors recommended them almost a year ago. I cannot day enough good things about them. Ralph, the pharmacist, is so friendly and knowledgeable. My doctor specifically recommended them because I was struggling to pay for one of my prescriptions and they're great about helping you find coupons and billing them in the correct order to get the cost as low as possible. Ralph has been super helpful and has so far saved me hundreds of dollars. Add to that the fact that he remembers exactly who I am every time I walk in and knows and refills my scrips without me ever even calling ahead to ask them to and it's SO much easier than dealing with Big Grocery Store Chain, where they would constantly forget to fill my scrips even when I called ahead of time, always had a huge line, and everyone seemed to know the bare minimum required to do their job. I stopped in today just to check to see if I had any refills on one scrip, and Ralph was able to answer without even having to look anything up. Overall, Central Pharmacy has provided probably the best customer service I've experienced at any place of business.

This pharmacy team is just awesome. They deliver superior pharmacy service and my orders are ready in time. They contact my doctor for refills except when my doctor wants me to call. They have free medication package done for my mum in an assisted living at no extra charge. Above all, the pharmacy is clean and takes the stress in busy chain pharmacies away!! Wished I found them earlier!!!
