Place is a skating rink in cold weather. Its not safe. My catetpillar deep winter steel toes had zero--ZERO grip. I walked around with the wash once and then rinsed what I could and left.Someone is going to get hurt.

The spray wash is equipped with only 3 options. Soap, wax, and rinse. If there was a spot free rinse and the ground wasn't covered in dirt it would be 5 stars.

There's a bay with cones that has been broken since January and here It Is almost June and It's still broken. Used the end side bay and didn't realize that the hose had a hole In It until I had swiped my card. So that leaves only 2 bays open on one of the busiest streets In Lansing. Maintenance Is very poor and Is completely filthy, with trash all over the place.

Wax don't work and foam brush is broken right off after I done put money in. Poorly maintained!!!!! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYBODY!

Never has soap, or wax. Short timer too! no time limit warning beeps. Both dollar change machines were non functional.

Place is filled with garbage everywhere, vacuums will take your money and not work. The car wash was fine but the hose leaked so bad that after a 5 min wash I looked like I was just in the Splash Zone at SeaWorld.

Automatically charges you $10 for a wash when the card scan indicates it will charge you $3. Trash is dumped all over site. Half the stalls are broken.

I needed to use a tall bay. I didnt notice the hose was leaking and had been wrapped with tape. Buy a new hose. No pressure, so I wasted $ and van looks worse than before. The 3$ wash turned into $10 on my card. I'll find another place to go...
