The staff is nice and helpful. The building is clean & spacious. The clothes are neat & orderly and the store is pretty spacious. I shop here for work attire or for my god mother. Pricing is affordable for the most part.

As I don't live close by I don't visit this very often. I wish they had a store near the west side of Lansing as their selection of clothes is plentiful along with fair prices. I really enjoy shopping here except for December 1. One of the clerks was SO LOUD in telling her coworker about her trip to Bronner's and Biggby's and her distaste for Michigan basements and peas and other things that were of little interest to anyone within the entire store . If the coworker walked further away tending to the racks and sweeping she just yelled louder. She was so obnoxious!! Shopping should be fun...this girl made it less than pleasant.

Not the greatest selection, styles I would never wear. Cheaply made, prices way too high. I'm surprised they can stay in business. I had to look hard to find something to purchase. When I checked out the sales girl had dirty hands, really didn't like her to handle my clothes! Not friendly, the whole time I was there a sales girl was singing loudly to the stores music & it was very distracting. Not the store it used to be!

I only ever end up buying accessories. I'm on the small end of the plus size clothing and all of the shirts are always so short, I prefer to cover certain areas. I don't like the patterns they use or the cut of any of the pants. Upside- very friendly staff, cute accessories.

Found many items that I considering purchasing. Large variety and so many options with plenty of inventory. Love my purchases, and two were on sale. Very friendly sales staff. Will definitely be back.
