“I absolutely appreciate the service I received from the staff who serviced my brand new vehicle! When I tell you, they did a great job! Everyone was so kind. They took care of all of my concerns with the services. I received the 5% tint all the way around and had a 7 year ceramic coating put on. It already looked great because it's a new car but I do see an enhanced shine with the protective coating! I would recommend Spot-Les to anyone! “This is my first time using Lake Lansing Mobile and the repairs were pretty straight forward, but all around I had a very good experience. There are 3-4 big chain auto centers right on my road, but I'd still rather go here. Their customer service was good and the mechanic drove my car with me to make sure he identified the problem I was describing. They offered to give me a ride to work when scheduling the service.
When he called me to say what work needed to be done, the mechanic was clear, concise and professional. I have had bad experiences with other mechanics who tried to make me sign paperwork without even letting me read a summary of the work to be done. Not here. He made sure I understood what he was doing. Once the work was done, the mechanic did inform me of some other things that could use attention, but he didn't pressure me to have the extra work done. He just let me know it might be something to consider.
I felt that the price was pretty reasonable considering other places I've gone. I felt comfortable. They also asked me if they could rotate my tires (fixing a mistake made by the people who did my oil change a month ago) and explained why. This is probably the first time I actually felt comfortable getting repairs.”

“The machine was broken and took my money without giving the wash, however when I called the customer service line they were prompt with the refund and were able to fix the issue quickly. Good service for my car and great customer service.”
“The automatic touchless wash is my favorite wash in the Lansing area. I was surprised it was only $10 for the full package. The color changing light is super cool and fun for the kids! This car wash is always so clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend!”

“I was impressed. The pressure was what you'd expect and I was ecstatic to see a credit card reader.
I don't know how many different car washes people use or try, but I can assure you, that a lot of them are a very disappointing or frustrating experience.
I live in Haslett and car washes around Haslett and Okemos are almost non-existent.
In the East Lansing area, the ones that remain open are the same awful and it's a big gamble if the spray is very strong or if a lane I'd even working. Plus none of the ones I've tried have, what the world has moved to quite some time ago: A Credit Card reader. Pretty sad honestly that they have refused to join the movement that started a decade ago. No one carries cash.
Big kudos to you for making it easier to wash a vehicle, without having cash.”

“I absolutely love this self-service car wash center. I always go here to wash my Jeep since I can’t take it through an automatic car wash due to the delicate nature of my soft top.
It’s affordable, they accept coins and cards! They have a bunch of options to select from, including a de-ice fluid option during the winter. The place is always nice and clean. I have never had any issues while washing my car here.
As for the other reviews complaining about not being able to bucket wash or dry your car in the stalls, it’s very valid for the owners to not want you to do so. You’re taking up a wash space. I just pull out of the stall and park in a nearby parking lot to towel-dry my car, it’s not that difficult. I highly recommend this great little car wash, it’s well worth the money!”
