“I rented an accessible van from Clock Mobility. It was very nice to drive and easy to use. They asked if we wanted the passenger seat in or out, which was a nice option to have. They were great to work with. The only thing I would change is it would have been nice for them to emphasize about bringing your own handicap placard. They did verbally tell me when I first called about the reservation. Thankfully I remembered to pack it last minute, but a reminder or seeing it on the reservation forms or in an email would have been ideal. I would definitely use them again!”

“Reserved a compact car but they didn’t have one when we got there. Upgraded us at no cost to a SUV with great fuel efficiency. Car was incredibly clean inside and out and had perks we hadn’t seen even from the emerald aisles at other airports (lane assist, adaptive cruise control, etc). I’m bad with remembering names but the man at the front was very friendly both for our check-out and check-in.”

“I had some car problems and needed a rental to get me through the week. Honestly, I've never rented a vehicle before so I though I could just do a walk-in and everything would work out. It might have happened, if I had visited some week other than college Spring Break! This is a small lot near-ish MSU campus so call ahead to make a reservation! The employee politely explained that nothing was immediately available and offered to take my number in case something was returned ahead of schedule. He also suggested that I try the Avis/Budget location at the Lansing Airport (which worked out for me). Customer service was excellent and the place is open on the weekends but with limited hours.”

I took a star away because when I called I was put on hold by a female for a half hour before eventually getting hung up on and when I called back straight to voice-mail because they were closed. I feel like she intentionally did that knowing they were closing soon. Overall good experience though.”
