“We were heading out on a family camping trip when we blew a brake line, practically in Belle Tires parking lot. It was late on a Friday, but with no where to go, we went inside to see if this is something they could help with. They said it would be close, but they would try. We dropped the camper in the parking lot, tied up all 3 dogs, and had the kids playing in the grass and all sat there waiting. Through conversation with the manager Josh Brennan, we learned he has 2 boys who play football, and they have a big game tonight. They had to wait on our parts to get delivered and it was really tight. At 6pm when it was closing time I was really worried that we hadn’t developed a back up plan. They all stayed and finished and got us all back on the road! The selflessness of them to stay late on a Friday night, knowing they were missing time with their families, to help our family when they could see the predicament we were in, is so far above and beyond normal customer service! We truly cannot thank them all enough!”

“Experience was okay. This is my second time going to this location with my silverado. First time i submitted some complaints but they had a good response time reaching out to see how they could make it better. Today i had an appointment set at 1400. I ended up leaving around 1815 after getting there at 1530. My tires call for 41psi cold and they set them at 37/38. I got an alignment and my wheel is clearly slanted to the right. My weather stripping of the driver door is peeled out at the bottom...did they SLIDE out of the truck every time they needed to get out? It was frustrating. Bathroom was in pretty gross condition. But there were positives durint my time here. Their staff are very polite at the front desks, dealing with them myself and getting to observe them for nearly two hours. They are welcoming and even when you ask dumb questions (i was guilty of that part) they answer politely. They honored one of the two coupons i showed them that i had emailed to me and offered a discount on alignment because i was waiting so long. Ultimately i ended up paying less than i planned to, that's always a plus. I ordered the tires on friday and they were installed on monday. I can get over the steering wheel not being straight but i'm irritated about the weather stripping. I have 50,000 miles think about it, but if they still have the best prices i'll more than likely come back.”
