Told us we were approved online. Called before driving all the way to lansing to make sure we were not wasting our time, got told we were straight, so we drove all the way to lansing only to get told that we were denied. Pathetic will NEVER go back

I wish I could give this place a better review as the sales people were great to deal with. But here's my experience buying here, I bought a 2015 Chevy equinox here on September 20th and on November 18th a mere 58 days later with less than 1000 miles put on it the engine suffered catastrophic failure. Once in the shop they found the timing system had failed along with the engine lifters bring damaged. This was all made worse by a cracked intake exhaust manifold. Now a normal person would think no problem you just bought it, this should be under warranty well apparently if you buy the extended service contact you don't get a warranty. And even though it says on the service contract during the first 6000 miles you are responsible for a 100 deductible and 100% parts & labor would be covered this is not actually the case and I was told by the service manager that it doesn't infact say that so I was stuck with an almost $300 repair bill after less than 2 months of use.

Sheri was amazing, worked with us always responding to my questions, made us feel like family honestly, laughed so much made the process fun, after being so nervous getting my first car. We been telling all our friends need mre places like this! I want to say thank u again we love our new car, we appreciate u beyond words ? it was worth the long drive!
