Love the puppy we adopted. She’s great. Worst part of our experience here, and the reason it wasn’t 5 stars, is adoptions manager Anne. She is rude, arrogant and snotty. We found her very offensive and off putting. Definitely not someone you should have running adoptions. The rest of the staff were great, however. Doubt we’ll ever return if Anne is still there.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We lost our boxer of 14 years about 4 years ago and haven't been ready to find a new 4 legged friend until recently. We went in and found a like minded spirit in our new pup Bosskar. He's the perfect addition to our family and we couldn't be happier. The humane society gave us a comprehensive health record/history for the pup, all upcoming/current medications needed, quality dry and wet food from Hills, and a plethora of information. Our pup is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, so a great start to a legendary bond.

Sadly I had to put my fur baby down yesterday that was from here I just wanna thank you again for tallulah I had gotten her in 2021 she’s haves been the best dog I ever had , I recommend coming here and getting your fur baby!!!

I've gotten a guinea pig and 2 kittens from CAHS. Always a nice experience, even if you're just there to be overwhelmed with cuteness.

Great place. My only complaint (and it's more of a suggestion, really) is they only let you handle the kittens outside of the cages if you fill out an adoption application. As someone who has fostered (and continues to foster)any kittens, it's just good practice to have as many people handling them as possible. This helps with socialization. But this is a fantastic organization. Keep up the good work.

I had made an appointment a couples months back for my cat Peanut to get spayed and they did an amazing job. I had also made an appointment with this place to get my dog Luke neutered last Friday. I am very satisfied with how everything turned out, they just called me today and checked up on Luke. I'm very happy they do a after visit check up, they did on both of my babies, Luke is doing amazing and Peanut obviously nothing is wrong with her. Thank you so much for taking care of my babies!!

This shelter is a nice and clean place and they have nice workers who love to be around animals and are very honest about the things you ask them even tho the drive is long it is definitely worth it to go there even if your not ready to adopt any animals you have the chance to meet them

I drove there to look at possibly adopting a puppy and was told I couldn’t see any of them because they’re all sick. There are at least 10, and apparently they’re all sick. This place is 40 minutes from my house, so I drove all the way there for nothing. When you click on a profile they have texts, so I don’t understand why they couldn’t include they weren’t open for visits on this or take their photo off the site. It was a complete waste of my time, and it’s discouraged me from coming back in the future.
