Very bad service. Rude Staff. Usually I try and be positive but the only good thing was the selection. I haven’t been here in a while and today they had 1 fitting room (no disabled accessible ones open). They have both the Mens and Womens fitting rooms in their respective sections closed and only 2 open at the front of the store, in which the disabled friendly one is “out of order” with no signage and a green light. There is a huge line for 1 singular fitting room. Terrible service. The green one is “unavailable” with no signage or even inclination.

This Burlington in Lansing was disgusting! Oscar was so dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke throughout the store, people (not the associates) were so rude. 10/10 will just drive to Grand Rapids next time!

I spent some time with my family in the store and picked out several items. When we went to check out there were only 3 people ahead of us. We stood in line for 10 minutes and the only cashier there got 1 transaction done. I had somewhere to be at a specific time and unfortunately had to ditch several items for my family because I wasn't expecting to have to stand in line for half an hour. When I tried talking to the cashier and when I called the store on the phone they both said they couldn't hold my items for me at all. This is truly disappointing they aren't properly staffed and then don't put forth any effort to compensate their customers.

On December 20th, I bought 2 beautiful shirts for $25 each. Unfortunately, an African American lady took off the tags and ripped both shirts. We lost the receipt, so we are unable to return or exchange them. I hope she gets fired. To the managers, if you receive more reviews or complaints like this, please consider terminating her employment because she deserves it. It's frustrating that we can't even use the shirts now.
