I ordered most of my items from Builders Plumbing for my total bathroom remodel. They have a really nice showroom but it just takes forever to get them. It took over THREE MONTHS (13 weeks) to get my bathroom faucet when it was promised by 6 weeks. I could have gotten the same faucet on Amazon with next day delivery. I just don’t understand why it would take this long to get a standard Kohler faucet. Also, every time me or my Installer went there to pick something up they seem very unorganized and unable to locate my order.

Amazing service in the show room! Nicki is so knowledgeable and really helped us with an issue we had with a fixture we bought at a big box store. They have quality products and staff who really understand each part of the fixture from trim to valve, cartridge everything! We will definitely be back! So appreciate their help and expertise on a home DIY project! We will be back!

Great selection of quality plumbing and bath fixtures. Be aware you need to make an appt because of covid though. Courtney answered all our questions and was very friendly.

No record of my purchase when it was being picked up tho I had the receipt copy. Thought I bought two of them - huh? Sold me toilet without “ “mentioning “ that I needed two other pieces that were not included - how would I know? More $$$ for then!!! No effort in their part to consider making things better for a valued customer… would not recommend them because of my experience.

I worked with sales rep (N) in showroom and she found a pedestal sink I was looking for. I placed an order through Specbooks. Two months later, my order came in; when I went to pick it up, it was the wrong color. I had to leave two messages and an email and still no response. I finally got a hold of N and she offered no apologies for the error; just excuse after excuse of how busy and overwhelmed she is and that she can't possibly search all of the databases to determine that the color I wanted was discontinued. She never offered to look for an alternative. I was very short with her and demanded a refund on my account that day. She actually had the nerve to tell me that she doesn't have control over that. She told me that their traffic in their showroom has increased 40% and that's why she wasn't able to get me the right information. I told her that her traffic is now done 1% as I won't be shopping with them due to her serious lack of customer service.I contacted Kohler directly. Within 5 minutes, I had a customer service rep searching out alternatives for an almond colored pedestal sink AND she gave me a 25% discount! Two months of wasting time with BPHS and I resolve my problem within 5 minutes by contacting Kohler directly!I would not recommend working with Builders Plumbing & Heating Supply based on my most recent experience.

After I got someone's attention, they were so great! They ask you to call ahead with your order to protect everyone. You should go there for your plumbing needs because they know what they are doing and they have what you need!
