Visited the Boot Barn in Lansing for the 1st time today just to "look". We ended up leaving with a pair of boots, 2 hats, a belt and 2 shirts. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Vynette. The store was nice, clean and orderly. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous store !!! Taeler, the Mgr, was very friendly, helpful, quite knowledgeable. I found a shirt I liked and as I shopped, my husband discussed his felt hat that needed some water repellent. (it’s a very rainy day ). Cheerfully, she said…. “I can do that for you !!”.Taeler absolutely has the best attitude to be working around people. Kudos to whomever hired her !!!

Had to pickup a pair of boots that I ordered online from a different company. Arrived 15 mins prior to close. Manager, Kristen & staff were fab! Asked for their assistance with a specific jean style & fit. Directed me to recommended department. First 2 I tried fit perfectly, a first ever. Purchased an amazing tote as well. All were super sweet. Hour drive was well worth it! I’ll definitely return soon.Thank ladies!!

Comparable prices to other western wear stores. Great and friendly service. I even had my hat cleaned for free while I shopped.

Walked in ready to buy some boots. First time was told give me a little bit have to take care of something really quick and I will be right back to check in on you. 30mins later still no one checked in on me. I left went back in today to give them another chance. No one even acknowledged me as they where to busy gossiping between each other.

I went there looking for FR clothes. They had what I needed but wished they had more selection of FR clothes like an FR hi visible safety jacket or coat that are 2112. Otherwise this store has some pretty good stuff.

Poor customer service. Drove over an hour to visit. Hours on their website apparently differ than when they are really open- or maybe they were just trying to close early. We walked in - doors were not locked, clearly saw other customers shopping in the store and we were rudely told to leave because they were actually closed and we could come back tomorrow.

Drove an hour on the day after christmas to buy presents. Both online and posed hours on their door said they opened at 10, have been sitting here and the doors are still closed at 11:30. No one is answering their phones. Horrible experience!!
