Needed a iphone for my daughter, she broke her's. They were soled out, so they called surrounding stores. Unfortunately, they could not help us. I appreciate their time and effort. Exceptional customer service.

Did not want to help me out with anything that I needed. They were very rude and inconsiderate. They told me that they were not a real boost store, so they make their own hours.. they can be open when they want to and be close when they want to. They also told me that because I didn't purchase my phone at that boost store they didn't have to help me if they didn't want to. They didn't know anything about anything or anything that they were doing. If I could rate this a negative I would ..
