I went in to purchase a new mattress. I ended up waiting 2 months for the item to finally get delivered. at least 6 times they canceled delivery on me through the entire process. at one point they canceled on me 3 times within an hour and a half. I went into the store 3 times to get things resolved. every time the sales mangers told me that they would fix the issue and that they would refund my delivery fee and also compensate me for my troubles. I was told to wait until the item was delivered and contact them and they would adjust the price in the store. they lied. I was told after that i should contact customer care. Customer care said they had no notes on the conversation and they could not help me. after fighting with them for over and hour and them hanging up on me twice, i was able to at least get the delivery fee removed.
Don't go to bobs furniture, if you do be ready to not get your stuff. Customer service and the sales group are either dishonest or have no clue what they are talking about. Make sure to get everything in writing (make sure it was entered into the system too), they will promise compensation or anything to make the sale but will not honor it. Very dishonest company. Expect to call back numerous times to resolve anything. Don't remove any of your old items until the day of delivery or you will end up with no furniture, because they will cancel the night before. I will not use this place again, there are plenty of other furniture places that are better to work with. FYI the same thing happened to a co-work as well.

The nice thing about Bobs is that the staff doesn’t hover over you the entire time you’re there looking at furniture. But as soon as my wifey and I found the perfect couch for us, Jeremiah was there to answer all of our questions was very pleasant to work with. He got us all taken care of and the couch we chose was able to be delivered in just four days vs t he 8 weeks we were told we would have to wait at value city furniture. So far we are incredibly pleased with everything.

We had a great experience at Bob’s. Our salesman Ian Tellez was attentive and informative but didn’t hover or pressure, which we really appreciated. Prices are reasonable and we’re getting our furniture delivered within 4 days of purchase. We highly recommend!

Jeremiah and Joe really went above and beyond good customer service. Their kindness was genuine and their patience in my decision making was amazing!!! Thanks so much for all the time you spent with us!! I’m so excited to upgrade from an old full-size bed to a split king adjustable!! I can hardly wait for It to come!! ❤️??

I came in late last night for a matress. The gentleman wouldn't even get up off the couch to help me. Tried telling me they didn't have what I needed. They did. Luckily the lady there helped me look for what I needed. First and last visit to bobs. Would be nice to get paid to do nothing but chill.

Jada greeted us at the door with such a friendly smile and was extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. We were amazed at how quick the process was and how easy Jada made it. We will definitely be returning to see her when we settle in and need a few more things.

So far we've made 3 big purchases at Bob's, and I've been pleased with the service and the product. Our most recent purchase however was a step above what I expected! Jada did an excellent job! We stopped in a few months earlier looking for a living room set where Jada greeted us, asked about our needs and wants, and helped us pick out a set. 3 months later (I didn't expect her to remember us) when I was ready to purchase I came back, and she remembered us, and everything we had talked about! She made the process personal and enjoyable. I highly recommend Jada and the rest of the staff at Bob's.
