I really hate give you a star. Just post this review. Cause they didn’t a good job on helping a customer in getting a new iPad mini 6 with whatever issue it may have. I still had a warranty on it. I’m never going to visit that place ever again.

I had a great experience here, Aaron educated me on gaming laptops and all the specs so I could make an informed choice on what to buy. I also pleasantly found out that I wouldn't need to spend as much on a laptop as I thought thanks to him. And helped me with the types of screens so I would be disappointed when I started using the unit.

Stores don't communicate with customer service so if you call asking about a product they will just tell you the store has it and you'll have a 50/50 chance of wasting your trip because they don't actually verify anything with the store.

Disappointed that Best Buy no longer has a major selection of music and videos. I especially miss the music. Your selection of good electronics is your saving grace.
