We were on a road trip and the undercarriage cover of our rental car partially came off. Enterprise told us to take it to Belle tire. Despite being really busy, these guys got us in and out in five minutes. It would have been really easy for them to make us wait three hours for a five minute fix, but they didn't. That's quality costumer service.

Good product select, good quality of work. Ridiculously long wait. I made an appointment for the exact reason of not having a long wait. Making an appointment was pointless, I waited 2 full hours for 4 new tires to be installed before anyone talked to me. Then I was explained I should get an alignment, which I chose not to be stuck there any longer and go somewhere else for the alignment. WAY TOO long a wait with an appointment.

Josh and his entire team at Belle Tire are absolutely the best! Every visit is fast, friendly, and professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants honest service and a great experience every time!

I went in to have a tire repaired and it was too worn. They directed me to a good set of tires, did a needed alignment. And sent me on my way in a little more than an hour. The people at the desk were polite and helpful.

We keep having car troubles. One moment it's the brakes, another moment it's a strange ringing in the engine, then it's a weird low gas mileage issue, then it's an exhaust issue. We've come to this Belle Tire a handful of times, and each time we're met with friendly, proactive, and confident service. They work quick, they work well, and they get our car back up and going at a good price. I'm sick of car troubles, but I always feel very relieved when we leave this Belle Tire with our car in great shape!

I tried to call with this message, but their phone doesn’t take messages when they’re closed.
Don’t get free air here! You’ll end up like me, with your tires even flatter, waiting on AAA.
The person that pulled up behind me said there’s an issue, it’s been going on for a while, he comes here often. Maybe Belle Tire could get it fixed or turn it off so others don’t get stranded the same way I did, especially since it’s an ongoing issue.

I was a walk-in customer and they got me right done pretty quick probably the most friendliest store I’ve ever been in as far as Tire stores. I thought it was a great job.

My daughter and I went in for an alignment and was told I needed to replace a loose tie rod and it would be double the price of the alignment for one tie rod. I said no. Went back to my mechanic and he said my tie rods are fine. Do not go here. It's sad a company such as Belle Tire is not trustworthy and lies just to gain more money especially where it's not warranted.

Came in limping with one trailer tire down and another on its way. It was late and almost closing time. Both managers (Brian& Randy)and two great techs (Ken & Annalee) stayed late to help. Replaced one tire, took the time to cut away some metal on trailer that caused the tires to go down. On a holiday weekend even. Thank you so much for your hardworking and staying late. Great people right here.

this is my second review for the store. They deleted my first one because they don’t want to acknowledge the fact that they put a big old gas in the side of my brand new truck. I went there about 34 months ago to get tires put on my truck spent over $2500 on tires and I said something to the manager about a big old gas all the way down to the metal on my back side from their employees, throwing a tire in the bed of my truck and they won’t return my phone calls. They obviously deleted my post so that clearly showsa guilty conscience.
