I had all 4 tires replaced. When I picked up my car all the tires looked low. When I got in the car the tire pressure light was on and every tire was at 18psi. I went inside and told the guy at the count, he just watched me fill the tires to the proper pressure, and didn’t offer to have it correct fight then. He did say if they loose air again he would fix it, but I was still frustrated that I had to fix the problem myself at paying for the service. The service was pretty disgusting. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the guy at the count was nice, and offer to fix if the problem came back. Probably won’t be coming back for any service.

I would stay clear of this place. I went in a month ago for a flat, they told me that they couldn't repair the flat and that I had to replace my two front tires or all of them since I have all wheel vehicle. I tried to go with the two front tires. It came out to over $300. After the job was done, I went home and within driving 5 mi my rear end differential blew out. I had to get my vehicle towed back there. The manager told me that they put the wrong size tires on and that they were going to replace my rear and differential. After they did that, they had my car for about a week. When I went to come pick it up I could tell that the rear end differential was leaking. I took it back and they had my car for another 3 days. When I went and picked it up they told me they replaced the seals and the car was fixed. At this point I was very skeptical and could still visibly see fluid leaking so I took it to the Nissan dealership to get inspected. After inspection, the Nissan dealer told me The rear and differential had bad seals (never replaced) and the axles were seized up. I was left without a car for a month. I paid over $500 for them to screw up my car and do nothing about it. And the store tried to say that I told them the tire size to put on my car and they just followed my instruction on the incorrect size. I have absolutely no idea what size my tires are and it would be very concerning if they were to take a customers word on the tire size and not check if that is correct for the car. Overall I am incredibly unsatisfied and disappointed in their service. The S. Pennsylvania store applied the incorrect tires and tried to say I told them the tire size. The W. Saginaw store unsuccessfully "fixed" my car multiple times. We are just so happy that Nissan took the time to get the car actually fixed and their customer service was impeccable.

Don't take your Tesla anywhere near this place. The staff was so upset, they destroyed two of my Pirelli rims. Then told me one of the tires didn't fit. The tire that was flat in the first place, while new, is now flat. I'm coming for you Joe Tolhurst, along with the staff present on this day August 26th 2024.

With a 9:00 a.m. appointment, the service was done promptly and efficiently with no major issues or delays. The service technician was professional and polite and answered all questions completely. Belle Tire has earned my confidence.

Jacob and Joe went above and beyond. I’m from Detroit and got a a flat tire on my way home. They waited for my tow truck to arrive. They got me in and out and were awesome. Thank you so much, fellas!

even with brand new parts this place kicks them back and tried to say something else is wrong! Idk if the employees have lost brain cells or had none to begin with or have just plain got lazy! But I’m over belle Tire and Budget both! Dnt do it! I’m telling ya!
