Got tires and warranty a few months back…. Fast forward to this morning I picked up a nail and was leaking 8-10 pounds of air every couple of hours they told me they couldn’t even look at it for 10 days Im a single mother with one car so that’s not even in the realm of possibility so I went down the road to Gills and they got me right in.

Walked in to ask if I could get a tire rotation on tires I bought from Belle tire and Jason treated me like I stole something from the store. He pulled a date out the air of when he could get me in. I will never return to this location.

Phew. This is long-winded. Buckle up, that is, if your seatbelt sensor still works :))
UPDATE 11/20/25 - We had no electrical issues prior to this incident. The vehicle is, as of today, not worth fixing due to electrical issues.
Backstory: We observed a scraping noise from our brakes. We also observed rusted brake pads laying in our parking lot. Aside from this, we were not experiencing ANY other issues.
We explained the situation much like this. The ASM seemed disinterested until we mentioned the brake pads on the ground. He looked excited at that (indicator that we have no idea what we're dealing with).
They billed us about 1100 for this full replacement of brake pads, calipers, brake lines, everything but tire rods and rack'n pinion. Fine.
We couldn't afford this for another week.
The day we got our vehicle back, we saw that the technicians LEFT OUR CAR UNLOCKED IN A SOUTH LANSING PARKING LOT. We started the car and drove to the gas station, filled her up, and tried to start the car. It would not start. We had no issues with the starter prior, why now? (Note that this starter only started ONCE SUCCESSFULLY after their technicians handled our vehicle).
We called Belle Tire to explain our new problem. THEY WERE EXPECTING OUR CALL. Why? We towed the vehicle back and they charged us about $500 for the installation of a (USED) replacement starter. Fine. We paid this and got the car back. IT WAS LEFT UNLOCKED AGAIN.
We started the car once. On this drive, about 7 different dash lights came on and it was only a matter of time before we were broken down at an Elementary School in the cold. I called the staff again to see if they had any insight. The man who answered was immediately pleased to inform me that he had no part in working on our vehicle and that they'd need to inspect it before determining any further course of action.
We've now let a family mechanic look at the vehicle. Our fusebox is in shambles, including the fuse to the transmission, which I'm sure Belle Tire was hoping to cash in on.
Do not go here. Their reckless business practice makes it impossible for them to be accountable for damage that may occur intentionally or unintentionally.

I made an appointment at Belle Tire for 10 AM for an alignment, only to be told when I arrived that the technician was off until Thursday and the service couldn't be done. So, my appointment was useless after driving all the way there. To make matters worse, the employee was rude and unapologetic, with an 'I don’t know what to tell you' attitude. This isn't the first time this location has provided poor customer service. I usually go to the Okemos Belle Tire because they are the best and have good customer service, but decided to go to this one because I live closer to it. Guess I'll be driving all the way to Okemos for my other needs. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and they told me it was going to be a 2 hour wait, Super disappointing.
I was purchasing a vehicle down the road from this location and needed an Inspection completed. I scheduled this trip/purchase from the west side of the state around the appointment time I was given. total fail

Belle tire in South Lansing did the repairs to two of my tire’s in a very timely manner. They honored my in person appointment and were very polite and expedient. .Supervservice!

They are very bad at receiving customers and they do not respect their style and way of speaking. It was a bad experience with them, especially the person who works there named Jason

I went in with a slow leak and didn't make an appointment. They were fantastic, got me right in and the tire was repaired. Will definitely return
