My experience with this Belle Tire was poor, to say the least. This post will be slightly long, but a detailed display of this company’s loads of crap. I brought in my girlfriend’s car to have them take a look at a creaking noise coming from the front suspension. Of course, their ‘diagnostics’ are free- likely because they’re always going to tell you that everything needs to be replaced. So we got their estimate for $5k for all brand new front suspension and brakes- oh but also it really needs bushings, tie rods, and ball joints, however, those items weren’t included on paper. But seeing as their cost for replacing loaded shocks/struts was $1500 and brakes were $1000- I’m sure those items not included would have been an additional $1-2000. To paint a more detailed picture, they listed one individual shock/strut assembly as a $200 part. Plus $200 for the labor on it. Multiply that by 4. For an ‘04 Corolla. So what did we do? Did it actually need all of that work? Probably, but all of that was not necessary. Instead, we bought every part ourself + some for $1000 on rockauto. And a good chance higher quality parts than what Belle Tire would have installed. I understand cost of labor can be high (shouldn’t be as high as they list, but I’ll give it to em)- but why are they doubling+ the cost of parts? I digress. I spent the time and replaced every part myself. All new front suspension, brakes, and drivers side CV Axle. A damn good job on my end, I will say. And what did we do after? Took it to the same belle tire- so we could give them $100 to align it. Business is business? No. When I drop it off, he had mentioned the estimate they gave and I replied that “all of that was taken care of”. Shouldn’t matter. Shortly after, I get a call saying they cannot do the alignment because the wheel bearing on the drivers side is excessively loose, and that the new driver side CV Axle had ABS, while the passenger side did not. As professionals, I would expect them to know that you can have an ABS CV axle on a non-ABS vehicle. And even furthermore, that both sides do not need to be the same. It is one additional ring included for ABS and it really makes no difference overall and would not have hindered their work or prevented them from completing the job. They should know this! As they charge top dollar for their work and spend every day working on basic drivetrain and suspension components! As for the wheel bearing, I took the vehicle to the best mechanic I know, Liskey’s- right up in Lansing. I can’t recommend them enough! I told them everything I have mentioned here, they said Belle Tire is what! Fulla crap and upset that they didnt get their $5k+ and didn’t want to do the alignment job, out of spite. Later that same day, I get a call back from Liskey’s, they completed the alignment no problem. And for only $60, $30 cheaper than Belle Tire. He told me there were no issues with any of the work. Perfect. And their wheel bearing excuse made absolutely no sense. There WAS a slight rubbing noise. He said could be a loose brake clip. He told me I could pay him to look into it, but I should save the money and do it myself because it would be easy. In less than 30 minutes, I found that it was the optional shields on the wheel hub assembly. Took them off, and there are no issues. This is my experience. Belle Tire is a so-full-of-crap scamming business and I highly recommend anybody to go anywhere else. They’re a greedy corporation branded to appear reliable and trustworthy. They just want all of your money and to charge you as much as they can to rebuild your entire vehicle. There are other options. Better options. Cheaper options. Their free diagnostics are enticing- but pay the $50-60 to the actual professionals so you know you’re getting the truth.

Experience was okay. This is my second time going to this location with my silverado. First time i submitted some complaints but they had a good response time reaching out to see how they could make it better. Today i had an appointment set at 1400. I ended up leaving around 1815 after getting there at 1530. My tires call for 41psi cold and they set them at 37/38. I got an alignment and my wheel is clearly slanted to the right. My weather stripping of the driver door is peeled out at the bottom...did they SLIDE out of the truck every time they needed to get out? It was frustrating. Bathroom was in pretty gross condition. But there were positives durint my time here. Their staff are very polite at the front desks, dealing with them myself and getting to observe them for nearly two hours. They are welcoming and even when you ask dumb questions (i was guilty of that part) they answer politely. They honored one of the two coupons i showed them that i had emailed to me and offered a discount on alignment because i was waiting so long. Ultimately i ended up paying less than i planned to, that's always a plus. I ordered the tires on friday and they were installed on monday. I can get over the steering wheel not being straight but i'm irritated about the weather stripping. I have 50,000 miles think about it, but if they still have the best prices i'll more than likely come back.

Well I thought belle tire on Homer st would be a reputable establishment but apparently they aren't even close. The good ol' boys here aren't keen on customer service in the slightest. Just want to say thx and I'll be avoiding all belle tires for now on!

While the price for my tires was lower than other businesses, and while the staff was very kind, the experience was less than thrilling. First, after spending 1.5 hours with my vehicle, they came out to tell me they didn't have the tires in stock—why it took 1.5 hours just to remove my old tires, I'm not sure. They told me to come back the next day. When I came back it took about 3 hours to get the job done (about twice as long as they estimated).

The sidewall of my tire was damaged in the construction on 127 so I limped the car (no shoulder) to the E. Saginaw St. exit. I was excited to see Belle Tire at the exit because there was no spare tire in my 2017 Cadillac (as is the case on many later model vehicles, only a pump/fix-a-flat kit).
However, that feeling of relief changed while I waited 3.5 hours (08:00-11:30 am) while watching service techs drink coffee and energy drinks (instead of servicing vehicles) to purchase a tire, because I had clearly annoyed the service advisor (Joshua) for not having an appointment for my tire emergency.
As if the 3.5 hour wait was not ridiculous enough, the situation was compounded after witnessing the same service advisor mistreat another customer whose first language was not English.
I’ll make sure my next blow out is in front of a Discount Tire instead.

I was driving up north yesterday with my Handicapped son and 3 dogs, when I was unable to avoid debris on 127 N. Thankfully I was right near the exit with Belle Tire right there. I was shaken up and very stressed out!! All of the staff was as helpful as possible! They were going to try to accommodate me same day but my tire was a special order not in stock. They gave me the info for near by rental car place. After calling rental car company I was told they could not bring me the rental or pick me up to come get it.I was starting to get really worried I was stranded. The manager called the rental car place and one of the Belle Tire employees was going to drive me. Unfortunately the rental company only had a car which would not accommodate the wheelchair, walker, dogs and bags. The staff at Belle Tire put on my spare for me and advised me to take side streets home. Thank you for going above and beyond for helping me! Weekend getaway did not happen but I made it back home safe.
