“I try to buy all my car needs here and I get a discount for being a business member.My most recent visit Sept 2023, I was not particularly happy. I feel they should hire people who know about the business. A young uninspired negative boy who waited on me was not happy to help me. I ended up paying full price when thus clerk could not locate my business in the computer. I should of received my normal discount but instead of asking another employee for help, I was rushed out of the store.I still give O'reillys a thumbs up because we all have bad days now and then. ?”

“I needed windshield wipers. The assistant Brad was very nice and helpful! He took the time to make sure he was getting the right size, I paid for them and thanked him very much for his help! Then he put his jacket on and said he would put them on for me! I told him that I planned on doing that myself. Then he pointed out the sign that said basically if you purchase them they will install them for free!! I never paid attention to the sign! He was so very polite, nice and very helpful! He is an asset to your company! Thank you Brad!!!”
