WARNING, take your business elsewhere! My mom and dad were part of Farm Bureau for YEARS. Do not plan on any appreciation for being good-standing, long-term customers. The bottom line is all that matters to Mr. Tim Barry. My mother made ONE claim related to her home owner's insurance and she was treated VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY! She was treated extremely rudely by the claims adjuster and wss made to feel as if she did something wrong. Tim Barry could have cared less. AVOID BARRY & SONGER AGENCY. His own employee stated she couldn't believe they denied my mom's claim. Spend your money somewhere else!

Michigan Farm Bureau is worthy of 5 stars...the insurance side is a 3. I'm weighing out a net aggregate.
Billing, underwriting and mailings is the #1 issue plaguing... (YES plaguing) the insurance side. There are a one derelict eployees that are clearly temp representing MY business (you have to be a member ) poorly.
