Okay experience here. Just opened a business checking account and had to jump through some crazy hoops to try and change the pin number. Teller was very friendly.

This was a better location when Danielle managed it. We worked with Jason today who was not knowledgeable about internal transfers and kept trying to correct me. We figured it out and yes, you can do internal transfers between bofa accounts without zelle FYI. I do appreciate they were able to help as a walk in to fix the debit pin, but if unsure of a process maybe you shouldn't talk over people and tell them "I don't know what to tell you" I have 2 business accounts, 1 personal, and have also referred several people/businesses with active accounts. Maybe a emotional intelligence training would help with learning how to properly communicate with customers?

The staff is the epitome of disorganized, unfriendly, and unhelpful. They're going to make it very difficult for you to get your own money out of your account. Bank of America in general is trash

No sense of urgency, drive thru closed for whatever reason... I'll just drive out of my way to frandor. And checks cost 15$ each?! That's insane.

Anytime you go inside this Bank of America it is slower than ever. I went to withdraw some money, and they wanted to send a text message to my phone even though they had my ID. I didn't have the phone that I had down on my application, so they were giving me some trouble about what's wrong my money. I wanted to know if you have my ID and I'm right here and you can see it's me, I want my money now! It was a hassle and I'm withdrawing my money out of there and bank somewhere else. It was ridiculous and two times consuming because other people were in line and they only have one teller.

Horrible Service, staff is super lazy to do any banker work. Gave a huge attitude for asking so. Cancelling my whole account because of this joker branch. Stay AWAY

This location is horribly inconsistent pertaining to hours. They have a little sign on door now that says closed at 4 pm. Many time the lobby is closed and only drive through is open. Other times the drive through is closed and only the lobby is closed . They usually only have 1 teller assisting clients and as a result lines are common. Often they have a manager asking everyone in line if she can help by using the ATM. Nobody ever says yes. If they wanted to use the machine they would instead of being in line. Better use of manpower would be having another teller. I use many banks in the area and bank of America is the worst. As soon as I can pay off my accounts I'll be done with this bank.

Has a sign on it that says knock loudly to be let in saw the one employee sitting on her cell phone playing. I knocked she acknowledged that I knocked and continue to play on the phone probably gonna look into switching banks

Google said Saturday hours were 9am to 1pm. Got there and even the door said the same hours. But location was definitely closed well before 1230pm

Wish I could give zero stars! This location is so slow and understaffed! Sitting in the drive thru for over an hour - 2 days ago! 40 minutes the next day. Today it’s been 35 minutes waiting with 1 car before me!

Closes super early at 4pm during prime banking hours. Has the slowest drive up ATM on the entire planet. Every button you push leads to it saying "processing" for 5 minutes.

This was my very first visit to Bank of America. I have done everything on line before. I had a large deposit to make and I had it all itemized, checks signed, cash counted, deposit slip made out. Every thing went smoothly, and quickly. I had one car in front of me. The teller was very polite. I gave her my driver license, and i expect this with a large deposit, and never being there. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Horrible service at this bank always. Mainly necause they never have more then 1 person working the counter. Is this Bank going out of business?? All bank of America's are starting to be like this and the main reason I will be closing my accounts and switiching to a bank that actually takes care of its customers!

Drive thru window is always closed, probably because they only have 1-2 tellers working. Slow, understaffed, and rude employees.
