Incompetent staff ruin the entire banking experience. Their lack of skill and understanding leads to frustrating interactions and serious errors. Stay far away from this bank's service.

Very bad service, staff are rude and loud, trying to spy client's private information beyond what it needed for just have an account there! Be aware to protect your privacy and civil rights! The manager is rude and bossy, she will make it difficult to take you own money out!! She will give you an bad attitude and make trouble to you!! Don't use this bank! They are working on take your money but not give you service you need! VERY BAD

The banks smarmy responses to everyone show their lack of real concern, IF i wanted to bank on line I would, if I want to go to a brick and mortar store during normal hours I should be able to.

Canceled my account on December 4th, 2021 without any notice. I only found out when I tried to access their app and was told my account is suspended. So I called on Monday the 6th to be told that it's pending being canceled and once it goes through in 3 days they will send me my money. I asked why wasn't i informed by mail or a phone call that they were closing my account and the person said that I'll be receiving a letter in the mail stating that my account is closed down. Fast word 3 days I called again to make sure my account was closed down and they said yes and my money will be there in 10 business days. Well it's now 1/31/2022 and I called again just to find out that my account isn't closed but still pending and I can't get my money until it's closed.

Told me I would have to pay $150 and go in person (across the state to a location that has been 'temporarily closed' for a year) to open a deceased relatives safety deposit box. Went to another bank location because I thought this was absurd, and learned this is not true at all, they are going to mail the contents to me for free...

The wait here is ALWAYS extremely long. They have shortened their hours. There is one friendly person who works there and that’s the manager.

Drive thru closed due to "the construction" but there is no construction anywhere and the real reason is that there is only 1 teller working and a line of a dozen people. If you're concerned about being needlessly exposed to covid or anything else, avoid this branch like the plague. They don't care.

Apparently they are under staffed and just close without warning or signage of any kind. I have to go there for work but would never bank there personally. I need a bank that holds regular hours.

Clearly BOA is shutting down branches....pandemic or not, this has been the only location my area open for 1.5 years. They keep lying, saying the Okemos branch should open in the next month...its been months of them saying that. They are open minimal hours and with a minimal staff. Its ridiculous and inconvenient. ALL THE OTHER LOCAL BANKS ARE OPEN. Quick with the lies and excuses and just close down already...I'm taking my business and personal accounts to MSUFCU. My patience has run out. Beware- this is not a good bank to be with any longer!
