“I called on a Monday morning and was able to get my car in and repaired the same day. I could hear a grinding sound coming from a wheel. As it turns out, I needed rear brake pads and rotors. Ted was great to work with! He kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle, gave me an estimate and kept me in the loop as to when my car would be ready for pickup. Ted and his technicians were respectful and kind. It's rare to see this level of professionalism these days! Do not hesitate to visit this shop!!!”

They don't speak to me condescendingly (which is a pet peeve because my dad's a mechanic) and they're always fair and will not overcharge or try to sell you on things you don't need. If you need their help quickly, they do pretty well at fitting you into the schedule. I trust them with my family's cars, including my kid's and my mother's.”

Replaced the tire in less than 20 minutes and pointed out that the alignment was bad and the other front tire would not last very long.
