I was able to switch to att carrier service with a lot of support from Allysha. She not onlying helped me through issues with the previous carrier, but also helped me find the best discounts for the services I was looking for.

Went in to ask various questions on upgrading a phone. Alisha was super helpful, knowledgeable, and too their time to answer all of my questions. Would definitely recommend this location.

Came in to upgrade my phone. The temp worker there literally sold me the phone. No set, very little help. About a week later, my new phone gets it's first over the air update. Completely bricks the phone. Not able to get past the download screen no matter how many times I reboot. I take the phone back to the store. I am with in the return period. He says he does not have any s23 ultras ( they have them on the store's website) and can do nothing for me. Literally refers me to UbreakIfix store down the road.If support means anything to you, stay away from this store

We came in to add a line to our plan, Mohammad greeted us immediately and was very helpful, he even helped us get a better value by combining our individual insurance policies all into one package saving us money on the new line we just added! That is some excellent customer service right there! Thank you

We needed to replace a phone for Riverwalk Theatre. We were unable to activate the telephone by calling AT&T customer service because they had mistakenly entered wrong information into our record. They referred us to the local store. Alyshaa was great! She activated our new phone immediately, and was able to correct the misinformation in our record. I’d give 6 stars if was possible!

Our representative America was wonderful today! We walked in about 45 minutes into opening on a Saturday to find one representative helping customers. Kudos to her for keeping her calm, being kind, professional and personable.We witnessed a couple impatient/unkind customers come in and America handled this with ease.Thankfully, another employee came in while she was helping us. I’m not sure if it’s common practice to have one employee working at opening on a Saturday, but more people could have been helped and wait times may have been better with two.

The ATT on Saginaw high way Lansing Michigan has the worse customer service. Black people please don't go into that store to buy anything. I went there couple weeks ago to buy a charger for my kids iPads, I told the guy there the brand and make yet he sold me the wrong chargers.I went back to exchange and the rude little Hispanic girl was yelling at me saying that she doesn't make the rules and actually took my charges and wanted to keep them.They're rude and have poor customer service and now I'm out of $89 and didn't get the charger that I wanted. Black people please stay away from that store they're rude and they'll essentially steal your money and rude customer service.

Found exactly the phones we needed and with the 3 yr plan an awesome price. We have been with ATT mobile phones for over 30 yrs. The staff was very helpful.
