Ross has dealt with a friend and I weekly through our whining and complaining. He trains with a smile and no workout is ever the same. Ross has been great at making modifications due to injuries, etc. The environment created at Armor Fitness is non-threatening and judgment free!

Ross is AMAZING! Caring, thoughtful, hilarious aren't always what comes to mind when being guided by someone in a workout! But that's what you get here! A person who meets you where you are....then makes you more amazing!!!!! Love this place!

Absolutely loved my session and working out with Ross. I cannot stand the usual gym scene and this place is what I have been looking for for years. The place is clean, organized and the trainers are serious about your goals.

Ross Bell is the owner of Armor Fitness. He has been my trainer since I returned from Afghanistan in 2013. I wanted to continue to keep fit and build strength and flexibility. Ross Bell is an awesome trainer! He's helped me and my family work toward and achieve our fitness goals. Each training session is individualized, which is much better for me than just working out on my own at one of the big public gyms in town. The Armor Fitness training studio is a fantastic facility and is in a convenient location near Frandor. Five stars!
