Poor service been waiting a couple days or so for my friend who has a uti who is at risk of having urosepsis had been waiting for her antibiotics keeps telling us different times and still hasn't come if she goes back to the hospital you will be held reliable they are refusing to transfer her medicine and are with holding them will have police escorted if I have to come thereand will have you shut down

Not helpful, failed to submit proper paperwork for insurance and I ended up paying over $300 for my supplies. Nothing in stock and ended up with the wrong things on top of that. Don't go for urostomy supplies!

I called them bc I was in need of a "boot" for my left foot/ankle/lower leg. I had sprained my foot extremely bad & fractured my tibia. They did have what I needed but I had left them a message. By the time they called me back, I had found somewhere else to go.They were super nice.

Just tried to call twice during normal business hours and got a message both times that they were closed and to call back during normal business hours. This is 4pm on a Friday. You can't even leave a message and it's insulting that the recording just assumes that you're calling after hours. They also seem to have trouble making deliveries a lot. I'm really not sure who is running the show out there but they are doing a terrible job and these can be life saving drugs they are dealing with. I'm transferring out my scripts as soon as I can get someone to answer the phone, sometime next week I guess who knows when that might be. For the markup you pay for scripts to support local you'd think they could at least be open when they claim to be or let you leave a message to get a call back when you need them

They did not have exactlywhat I wanted but, went out of their way to find it. I had to settle for what was in store. Nonetheless it was of a good quality and meets the need. Met a man man that had the same device a d he wS willing to take time to answer some questions. I am feeling good about my purchase

The service provided by Malinda and Kay was outstanding! I was recently the "messenger" for a friend who was caring for another friend, and needed to secure some medical equipment. Not sure if insurance would cover it, they provided details needed to make it happen. With compassion and patience they were wonderful. Thank you!!
