Air lift system stopped working on the 2nd day and customer service is the worst I’ve ever experiencedI uninstalled it and threw in the trash.I will never recommend this product or company.so disappointed in air lift customer service and their product. The wireless lift failed and customer service failed to honor their 60 day no questions asked warranty they ghosted me after labeling me an END USER after weeks of back and forth emails.I upgraded from the Firestone air suspension that I had I’m my 2015 Chevy Silverado for the passed 5 years thinking the air lift would do a better job unfortunately I was badly mistaken.The wireless air lift failed after 2 days, 1 day at the shop who installed it and one day at my home when I brought my truck home.Excited to have my new air lift I tested lifting up and down with my trailer connected going in and out of my driveway lifted so the foot of the tongue jack would not scrape coming out of my driveway. It was a wonderful feeling thinking I would not have this problem any more. Unfortunately the air lift compressor stopped working in the middle of testing it.The next day I called airlift customer support the gentleman was very helpful we went through the troubleshooting steps but hit a road block because he wanted me to personally check the unit with a multimeter. Now I’m a handy guy but I don’t have one of those devices so I explained to air lift that I would take my truck back to the shop who had installed the air lift.The next day I did just that and the shop checked the device and said there is no power from the manifold going to the compressor.I now then called back air lift and explained the problem to woman who answered and I asked her several times how do I take back the unit to the store ? Do I need a return authorization number? She answered and told me to start by submitting a warranty claim online. OkSo I did just that. Unfortunately these were just tactics to to not honor their warranty and just make you jump through hoops while not taking responsibility for a defective product.I did not receive any confirmation at the time so I just waited. Several weeks go by having to deal with my truck going clack clack because my air bags now have no air. I resubmit yet again another online claim.A week went by so I called customer support to get an update and this is when the I really felt I was started to get the run around.They informed me that they can automatically sent out a new manifold for me to install.I asked what if this doesn’t fix the problem can I still return the product? Air lift told me to take it back to the store where it was purchased to get refund or a new product.I asked several times “ will the store I bought from honor the return “ air lift answere you will have to take it back to the store.I did just that I took the air lift out of my truck and attempted to return it to the store it was purchased at.The guy at the store told me that they do not accept returns and have never return any used products. The shop told me to call back air lift.Well again I contacted back air lift via email and now they said they would get their sales rep involved.Several days dater I emailed back for an update and airlift responded back to take it back to the shop who installed the product and has not responded back to multiple email request for in update after I Cc the shop in the email asking air lift to give the shop detail info on how to return product.Basically airlift kept bouncing responsibility back to the shop and the shop back to air lift and back to the shop and back to the installerAnd now I haven’t got any response from airlift, they called me the end user.Now I have a truck with no air going clacking clack down the street.Thanks air lift for not honoring your 60 day no questions asked warranty and for ghosting me as an END USER.I will never recommend your product to any of my family or friends because they would be END USERS.Air lift has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And would never recommend air lift to anyone.

Great products, but absolutely terrible to get ahold of for absolutely anything. Don’t even waste your time calling. The phone tree is long and seems to be no matter what options you pick, it leads you to go to the website or talk to your dealer. There is no listed customer support email. So I guess they just don’t support their customers unless you’ve gone over the river and through the woods to find them in person.

Talk about amazing customer service! During an inspection, found an issue with one of the bags on my car. I sent a warranty request and didn't hear back from the company for a few days. Instead, today I received a complete new kit. Efficient people with a company that stands behind its products.

I have encounter a problem with my airlift and ordered a new manifold. There is nobody available at customer support even though it states they are open. I placed my order well before they closed yesterday woth next day shipping. At 330 est on 12/28 my order is still not processed and shipped. I cant drive anywhere until I get this order..very disappojnting to not be able to reach live person.

I'll leave my original 1 star review below based on the service. The product is 5 stars. I have now had them on 2 trucks, zero issues over about 500,000 miles total.This is solely based on how well the company pays attention to an orders detail. I ordered the load lifter 5000 system, t piece and lock/lift spacers. The only thing that shipped to me was the lifter 5000 system and it was missing half of the hardware needed to install it, even if I could install without the spacers. I was very specific on the phone that I was on a very short time line and needed the products, did this make any difference in how my order was handled? Absolutely not. Maybe I will put up another review based on the product quality at some point when I can actually use this system. With the poor attention to detail, I am a little concerned though.

I can't speak for anyone else but as for my self and my family Airlift Performance has been nothing but an awesome company. My 2 cars and my wife's car are all on air and all Airlift.If I've ever had a problem and called them they helped me out more then most companys in the car world now and days..just recently I had to get a new windshield on my 2003 20th anniversary Jazz Blue Gti. I had the big white Airlift sticker going down the passenger side of the windshield..I called them asked them if there was any way they would send me one if not I was prepared to buy one..Yea so they asked me for my address and sent a package out like it was super important or something..this just shows that they actually care about there customers..I've asked companys to send me stuff after buying big turbo kits and u would think they would, nope nothing..they help you if u need parts or if u just want some sticker to replace with out a question..This is how u are suppose to treat people that spend big money on your parts..I know it's just a sticker this time,but the fact that it was super easy and they were super nice still to this day says alot about the company, because now and days people are just rude and could care less how much money u spend with them. They won't send you a dam thing for free..there a stand up company with extremely good products and super nice people period..thanks for everything to everyone that has ever helped me over the years at Airlift..A true Stand Up Company in the custom car scene. ☝️?☝️

Was very disappointed when i called customer support today. I called trying to get mounting brackets for my 2022 ram 3500 cause my air bags are still perfectly good but i went from a 2500 with coil springs to 3500 with leaf springs. Was told even tho the bags are the same I woukd have to purchase a entire new kit. I feel like Air Lift is just out for the money and not to take care of there customer. I know in the past this has been done and for the mounting hardware was around $140 instead now it will cost over $400 to move the bags to the new truck. After talking with customer support today im not sure if i will be giving Air Lift my business back.

Customer service is awful. Rude, extremely long waits, don’t care about their customers. They bring out a second gen setup and discontinuing the 1 gen soIf you remote goes out down the road you have to change ur system. Taking advantage of you and the situation

Not sure what other people experienced but I called customer service although they said opens at 8am they did not but I called back later and with in a minute or less of being on hold I was taken care of promptly and professionally by Brian.

Uncle bought a new system and didn’t use it. Gave it to me but I had a newer GMC which after waiting on hold for 30 minutes was told I couldn’t buy just the brackets for my truck. Absolutely ridiculous they do not support the major parts. I can see why they have such bad reviews on support and customer service. Also explains why I’ve never heard of this brand until now. Any good manufacturer would be able to supply and service every part in the kits they sell.

I prefer these bags over the Firestone ones.. had an issue with the compressor, they sent me a new one right away.. customer service is superb!! Can’t say enough. They will help you out as best they can. Hard to find service like this nowadays!! Keep up the good work!!
