Had problems with my contract, but was solved very quick and efficient. I didn't even have time to worry about it.

We had a huge mice problem, found mouse p*** and food in just about everything, even in the back of our couch. Overall it was ok, price was ok, I probably wouldn't do it again if I had to due to the mice problem we experienced.
