Had an employee walk down my street with orange spray paint, painting on the new sidewalk put in last spring. Along with spraying peoples personal driveways not the sidewalks with no explanation. Absolutely no respect for people property.

Internet works GREAT, with pings steady at 3ms, but our “1Gbps” package only manages 400Mbps download tops. Upload speeds are CRAZY fast, clocking nearly 600Mbps!

ACD has been a great partner to work with! I have fiber & phone services with them at 2 different locations. The service has been incredibly stable and fast! I have only had 1 issue in the last 5 years. Support answered the phone quickly and the issue was resolved very quickly as well. I would highly recommend their services for any business!

Between service issues and poor customer service, I would recommend utilizing a different company for internet service. Our company is in the process of moving locations and when attempting to move the locations I was notified that they could not provide my service that I am paying $50 per month for but they could upgrade me to a service I don't need for more than $110 per month. The salesperson Jim told me that he would go through the motions of offering me the service at the escalated price but all I had to do is refuse and they would terminate my contract since they could not provide the original service at the new location. A couple days later the same salesperson Jim told me that I would have to fill out a form for cancellation but would have to pay an early termination fee. Even though I would be happy to continue service with them as I currently have it, I have been refused that option. This would fall under the category of corporate greed. They would rather steal a few hundred dollars from me rather than do the right thing and terminate the contract for service they are not capable of providing. This is a local business I would encourage you to stay clear from!

The best Internet service in the state hands down! I use ACD for my home and business! ACD has rock solid service, I love my fiber connection to pieces! I eliminated all my lag time, and was able to free up so much of my time throughout the day!Just the amount of time ACD has saved me with a rock solid connection has been so great. ACD provides the best customer care, any question I have ever had, has been answered promptly and with care! I love my ACD Internet to pieces!!!

Well something I never do is call in and complain about one of their employees driving skills. But as I tried to do that today they apparently don't care about safety on the road. One of their vehicles was going 60 in a 45 it was the only way I could keep up to get their license plate to make a report. He was weaving in and out of traffic and playing on his phone on top of it. License plate was DE 39388 not like they care. But it's Friday morning 8:40 and he's rushing down Martin Luther King drive at 60 mile an hour weaving in and out of traffic

I’ve been a long time residential customer of ACD I use them for my home internet and wow I I am so happy i switched to fiber. It’s incredibly fast. My kids can watch their shows and I can do my work! No slow lag time like the old cable companies. People need to get hip this. This is the future.
