Just take caution when getting delivery from them, they use a subcontracted subcontractor who just does not care about you, your wishes, or your property. The people in store are amazing and friendly.

Went in browsing for a washer and dryer set. Giy on his phone. I walked around for awhile. Then they had the dryer. No wash machine. Idk how these ppl stay on business. I walked out. Not traveling to Pennsylvania St to pick up wash machine. Uggg

Purchased a GE Microwave on April 3, 2024 with an absolutely fabulous experience, first was immediately greeted by an associate then allowed to shop without a babysitter! The item I was interested in was out of stock, however the associate immediately directed me to a much better choice and price! I paid for the item and the staff member even loaded it in my auto. I am an extremely elderly quite used to that (oh no another airhead senior), What a delight to be treated with such dignity!!! The years have been many since my last purchase there however I will return soon to upgrade my kitchen! Respectfully, Jeanne

We were served by Bartholomew Suddeth at the west Lansing MI ABC store while shopping for a king mattress set. His knowledge & service were excellent. He was very polite and attentive. Any customer would be grateful to work with him.

Friendly knowledgeable employees. Purchased a surround sound home theater system and I am very pleased with my purchase. First system came damaged. I called and explained the situation to ABC warehouse. They asked me if I wanted to bring it back for a different one. I said yes and all is great. Thank ABC warehouse. I'll be seeing you this week because hubby is buying me a Bluetooth party speaker for my b-day. My birthday is on the 29th, Leap Year. And because it's an actual birthday this year, he said that I deserve something special :) Watch out, neighbors of mine, lol !!

Ben helped me with purchasing a new washer. I had to run to the Credit Union but came back same day and he assisted me quickly and efficiently. I loved how he didNot try to sell me items and just assistedme in purchasing what I needed. He offered me helpful advice and tips as well! I appreciate the customer service and the patience. We looked around Lansing at 3+ stores looking to find a dark stainless steel dishwasher with no luck, or prices that were 900+ for what we wanted. We called ABC warehouse and spoke with Devin and he was able to confirm he had what we were looking for, and held it for us. We got the same dishwasher (brand, color, handle) we saw at other stores for $300 less. We were able to look at the product before leaving, and he answered any questions we had and helped us load everything into our truck. We were in and out in 10 minutes. Once we upgrade our fridge, stove, and microwave we will definitely be back!!

We bought a new washer and dryer recently. The salesman did not pressure us to buy any fancier than we described we were interested in, and made us a deal on the pair in addition to good 0% interest when we financed through their store. We opted for delivery and the delivery experience was excellent too, arriving just two days after purchase. Thank you!
