Was set up on monthly payments and they started harassing me even before the first payment was due. They called non stop and stalked my house trying to take my stuff back before the first payment was due. Then they called people not even on my reference list just random people who are my ex husbands relation which I feel is against the law. I haven’t paid them until my lawyer tells me what my best options are. This is not going to ruin my credit I’ve worked so hard to repair. This was the worst stress of my life. Why call and harass customers before their payment is due and it’s been two weeks since you started your contract. They need someone who knows how to do their book keeping because calling and harassing someone non stop will get you know where. Then you tell them when you will pay and they scream at you in the phone. I refuse to answer any calls from them as I told them to come pick the stuff up that I was going someplace else and do you think they would show up that day that it was scheduled the only day I could be there and not take off time from work of course not. Now you want to continue to harass me. I’ve documented all of this and got security cameras that prove they didn’t show up when they were told to but managed to show up days after busting on my door. I’m pretty sure calling people not on my reference list is illegal and against my constitutional rights. Well if anyone knows that would be my lawyer so stop calling me or anyone I know and my lawyer will be in touch with you. If you don’t stop I will also get the authorities involved. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Never again will I make the mistake of going to any rental place for starters you pay 3 times as much for junk just because your credits not top notch. Very sad they take advantage of people then treat them like dirt. Don’t and I repeat don’t do it. Your better off sitting on the ground or floor then dealing with the stress this place causes from the moment you leave.

For 2 years I paid on my product every month on time and for my last 3 payments they harassed me like I want going to pay. This last payment... ridiculous I called on Wed to let them know I would be in by end of day on Friday and as I'm on my way today (Friday) they call and say I missed my appointment. I would not go to this place. Rudest customer service I've ever seen

Waited on customer service line for someone to answer for 4 hours, gave up after that. You guys lost a customer. Manger had no home training. I’m very disappointed!

I have never done business with this company. Yet for some reason they are calling me and my wife today seeking someone that is not associated with us because we happen to share the same last name. This is the SECOND time they've done this. Garbage company.EDIT: YOU MORONS. I SAID I HAVE NEVER DONE BUSINESS WITH YOU, SO HOW WOULD I HAVE A LEASE?!

If you're late on one payment they will show up to your house and call everybody on your reference list. Will not call you if you need a piece of your furniture fixed or a place will avoid you for months on months but if you withhold payments they will harass you and turn violence will never recommend this place

Will harass and stalk you if you miss one payment. They'll even threaten to break in your house. I will file a PPO order and police report if it happens again.

The manager there is very rude yelled at me and my mother and when I scheduled to have the merchandise they where supposed to pick it up but made the excuse they didn’t have enough people to come get it.Then when I called again to have it picked up again they said it would be 3 weeks before they could get it.Well by that time I had to move.So I also called corporate and they yelled at me for no reason.So I would not recommend them to no one.They also called people I haven’t spoke to in 20 yrs.They said they can call whoever they want.But I was told different.They also told someone who is not on my account about my account information and talked to them about my contract with them.That is unexceptionable.

Very rude and not personal at all. You get aaron’s‘s club and they supposed to cover you when you loss your job and they say that is not included in the plane. Carrie is a very rude person would not recommend this company at all to anyone.

I give this store a 2 star SOLELY BECAUSE OF YOUR "MANAGER" - RAY. We went to aarons 3 years ago, only had a couple issues with payments due to hard time. Ray was absolutely horrible. I decided to give a second chance. Bought a mattress. My direct deposit was messed up through work so I asked to push ONE payment to the next month and pay 2X that month. He said absolutely not because I'm "almost 2 weeks past my due date" I said nope, I'm 9 days past but technically only 2 because I set payment up for the 22nd and it's now the 24th. He said "well 9 days, same thing"IF YOU GUYS DONT GET RID OF HIM, I GUARENTEE A LOT OF BUSINESS WILL BE LOST.Looking at reviews and all I'm seeing is how rude he is and he's not AT ALL understanding. How is he even a manager?Mind you, when I special ordered my mattress, I was never informed that it had arrived. I was contacted by someone else who was very helpful but when I called again to set up delivery, Ray said it would be 2 weeks, when I was told TWO DAYS. My mattress was also delivered 3 weeks past the date it arrived at the store. Had I not called, I wouldn't have even known it was in.He also told me I couldn't make a later payment because I was renting the bed.......isn't that the point?! So you can make payments and not have to pay up front?!

I decided to go back to Aarons for my pedestal frame for my bad because a box spring won't work in our new master bedroom. With that being said almost a month later I finally have the frame. I called to check on the status of the shipment and Ray at the Aarons on West Saginaw was just plain rude. I was polite and simply asked if my shipment had come in and his response was "I don't know I am with a customer at the moment." Okay I let it slide and another gentleman came on the line and helped me. He set me up for delivery and gave me the option to pick up in store If I wanted. I asked if he thought it would fit into my vehicle and he was sure it would. Today 9/23 I went to pick up the bed frame. Because the contract is in my husband's name he went inside to show ID like we were directed to do. Again Ray helped him out was rude and treated my husband poorly even made him sign up for autopay and no option to pick his due date like stated on website. He was not given a choice. When they were done I pulled my vehicle up and Ray was rude and said that the box would not fit. I have a deep vehicle and the seats were folded down. I said it would fit and he said something along the lines that he would try but it'll stick out the end and if she would move her seat up it might. He shoved that box into the back of my jeep so hard it jolted me in the front seat. I have purchased several things from Aarons and never once been late on a payment and have paid off products early. He has always been the rudest person that I have encountered there. I could take my business elsewhere but one bad apple doesn't spoil the bunch. I am unsure that I will go back after this.
