THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE. You'll be charged for essentially nothing if you purchase a phone here. They call it a "setup fee" meanwhile if you're a verizon customer You'll still be charged your activation fee. Accessories are nearly double the price of other retailers.I Never authorized perk bundles or insurance and yet was signed up for these when I gave permission to an employee accessing my verizon account. Was about to cancel my entire transaction having Never touched the phone I purchased and was told" I would still be charged 50 dollars for a restock fee". DO NOT GO HERE GO TO AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE

Worst store ever. I gave them three chances and seriously hours of my life I will never get back- it took 5 months for them to resolve my issue 5 MONTHS!!!

Please do your homework before shopping here!! One of Nate's employees sold me two new iPhones telling me it was buy one get one half off. As a single mom with an old phone, this was a deal I could not pass up! Because I'm on a family plan that my brother in law controls, it wasn't until several months later we realized we were charged full price for both phones. I immediately went back to the store and they took my name and phone number and said they would have Nate call me. He never did. I left three messages for him and finally on my fourth phone call he was there. He said there was nothing he could do because at the time I purchased the phones in order to get the deal we had to add another line as well. I was never informed of this! He acted like he didn't care and said "this is why I tell my employees to make sure they read all the fine print." How was this my fault?? I feel I was taken advantage of. Nate did nothing to make it right and only kept saying too much time had passed and there was nothing he could do. I will never return.

Was told I would reduce my bill by $80 a month, never mentioned one time fees, was hit with oe time fees by Verizon and Russell Cellular to the amount of $164. Watch the one time fee people! Its brutal and there is no fighting it. Spent hours on the phone trying to get it taken off or go back to old phone. Nice people but don't give you the whole story.
