Needed to deliver envelopes and asked to purchase a certain number of stamps. The lady at the counter told me she only had six singles left “because her boss doesn’t listen” and I would have to buy sheets that were a quantity of 20. I told the lady I have purchased singles before from this office and she said, “I can’t do anything when the boss doesn’t get me what I need.” After I purchase the sheets (with quantity of 20) I asked what they do when customers want less than 20 and they’re out of single sheets; she stated they can make them on the screen. I asked why she wasn’t transparent with me prior to making me buy more stamps than what I needed and her response was, “Well that would take 5-10 minutes and normally people could use extras.”
I will not return to this office.

Horrible the lady who delivers to me decides to drive in my driveway while I watch them turns around and sits there for a minute to what I assume was gathering some material since I ordered stuff online and assumed that it was that so my wife walks out there and says hi to her the lady never said anything never got out never knocked on the door or rang the doorbell then decided to drive back up to my mailbox and put a sorry we missed you reschedule delivery and then takes off my entire family and I were home and watched her do this as well as video proof of this since I have security cameras on my house and garage and signs that says this all over my property..

I’m told by my local post office when they traced it for me that a box I mailed over 2 1/2 weeks ago to a friend in Lambertville is sitting in a container with 30 other boxes since the day before Thanksgiving, instead of delivering it. Who’s going to be suspended for this?

So unprofessional and rude...got a card delivered to my mailbox today with a missing check. No envelope! How does this happened?..went to discuss it with them. Just rude..acted like I was making it up..like I have nothing better to do...no wonder there rating is 2.6

I had a camping pass for an event that was supposed to be delivered to my house. When I checked the tracking number it says it was delivered to a PO Box, which we have never had a PO Box. I went to the Post Office on a Saturday and was told that they would have to check with the carrier because they aren't sure what happened to it, I was told I would get a call back on Monday. I didn't receive a call by 11:30 Monday so I called in and was told the carrier can't remember but thinks she delivered it to the house, which is not true because it was never delivered to the house. I was then told that there is nothing they can do about it and they aren't sure where it went. What is the point of having a tracking number and tracking a package if you aren't even able to tell what happened to it? Extremely disappointed in this office and carrier. An item I paid over $200 for and "They don't know what happened to it". Would not recommend sending items out of this office.

The postal service is a service organization where you can't talk to anyone. Our carrier is the worst carrier I have ever seen. You can't call the post office and complain because they don't pick up the phone (NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE). When you call the 800 it is useless. the post office needs some changes

Very rude staff. Portly woman talked to me like I couldn’t be trusted when I asked for my tracking number. Other gentleman stood there doing nothing when the line grew longer. Avoid this location
