I bought my wedding dress off of Poshmark. It’s a gorgeous, A line, square neck silk gown, The woman I purchased it from had warned me that a lot fun was had in the dress- but I loved it so much I decided to give it a shot. Received the dress, it was a perfect fit and I fell in love with it. There was only one problem, it was covered in dirt and champagne (good juju?) and many other stains. Touch of class came highly recommended and so I took my wedding dress to this fabulous business with hope in my heart. The woman I worked with was so kind and reassuring. Her prices were extremely fair given the undertaking. I received the dress back in less than a week, in perfect condition and sparkling white. I legitimately cried when I picked it up. I was so grateful and impressed. Would absolutely utilize this business again with my most precious possessions. Love them!!!!!!

I took a fur coat that was covered in pine resin in for cleaning. The coat now looks brand new, and the cost was very reasonable. They did an excellent job on a coat that I did not think would be salvageable. I would recommend them to anybody.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Have used them a number of times over the last decade. Started with a recommendation from a family friend that lived in the area. They are reasonably priced. They haven't gotten every stain out of every piece, but I wouldn't expect every strain to be possible to get out at the same time. The vast majority of our items have been well cared for and cleaned thoroughly. They even sealed my wife's wedding dress, eight years later. Looks great. Would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely pathetic. I paid $250 to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and they ruined it. This is what it looked like when I took it out of the box. It looks like they put it through a washing machine. The built it pads are jumbled into a ball like when you wash a swimsuit and there’s no opening to fix them. And the bottom is still covered in dirt.
