My diabetic lab NELLIE needs her Libre 2 to monitor her glucose. We live in Monroe and have no Rite Aid (which is 1/3 the $ of any where else)Due to unforseen circumstances we were unable to pick up the script in the allotted time.Pharmacist Amy was such an angel, she ran it again and gave us the time needed. Thank you so very much!!!!

I am changing insurance companies and staying with Rite-Aid because of the pharmacist, as your prices are higher than Kroger or Walgreens.

Stopped to pickup a phoned in prescription, third refill, no medicine. I was asked the medicine's name and I accidentally gave another name that I receive by mail. The pharmacist said I wasn't in the system at all. A check by birthday or name would show l'm in the system. A phone call to clarify the medicine's name and further ID info showed I was in the system but the medicine wasn't filled. A extra trip is now needed.

First time having a prescription filled there and on an urgent basis. My son went to the urgent care and we had to have a script filled before they closed within 2 hours. All other local pharmacies were out of the medication ordered however rite aid in Lambertville eagerly filled the prescription. I walked in and the pharmacist greeted me and was very polite and prompt. He quickly grabbed the medication, verified insurance, mixed the medication, and then cashed me out within 10 minutes. I usually fill prescriptions at the Walgreens in Lambertville but am considering switching to rite aid given the excellent service!

Peter the Pharmacist here has to be the kindest person I have ever met! He has gone out of his way to help patients (our family) that come here. So much so that even though there is no drive through, we continue to come here. I would like Rite Aid Corporate to take note of this. What the Pharmacists have had to go through during Covid with all the testing, immunizations and filling even more prescriptions than ever, short staffed and long hours is unthinkable! That’s a lot of pressure for them. I appreciate his calm resolve and how he helped explain things to me today. I was asking for my mother about the prescriptions written by NPs and PAs from Ohio that are still not being able to be filled in Michigan even though a law was passed recently. Apparently it doesn’t go into effect until April 2023. I hope that is changed and can be done by Rite Aid Corporate before any more people fall through the cracks and lose their lives from unfilled prescriptions. I thank Peter the Pharmacist for his patience with me today as I explained my situation. Thank you Peter! You make the world a better place! The Crawford and Miller Family!

Looks like they want to make quick money. Medicines that are free through my insurance, they want to charge me for that. At first it was $55 then it become $10 for a free drug.
