Called ahead and they said they were open until 4 and would see the last patient at 3:30. Arrived a 3:15 with my 4 year old and 1 year old and they turned us away.

They refused to see my son because he has Down syndrome. They said they “weren’t comfortable” seeing him. The provider didn’t even look at him. She sent someone else out to the waiting area to tell me that.

I’ve always been able to get in and be seen within a half hr. Very kind staff, and the NP’s and Doctors are knowledgeable, caring and proactive. My go to when I can’t get in to my GP.

This is by far the best urgent care I've ever been to. The NP's are amazing! Especially Kristen Manard! She has taken care of our whole family and is absolutely fabulous!

Dr Ashley Vespie-Nguyen was great! Very polite and knowledgeable. The girls in the office were very helpful. I came in not being able to walk after an injury. They got me a wheelchair and helped me to restroom, examining room, X-Rays, and back out to my vehicle. Definitely recommend visiting this office. I always go here when I need urgent care. Have been going here for many years.

I had Sarah and Bobby that was very nice an understanding of what happened while she suture my hand it was an amazing experience. Very friendly an kinda. Both where professional and very helpful an wonderful.

The front desk is extremely lazy and unprofessional. After struggling to type in my information she put me on hold for 15 mins while nobody but me was there. Then she said sorry we can't help you we close at 8:15 but it was only 7pm. Absolutely pathetic work ethic

Person who answered the phone was not friendly and seemed annoyed that I was calling despite the rule that you must call to check in and wait in your car. Since I felt like a burden, I decided to go to the new urgent care down the street and had a way better experience.
